Both the person who gave the bid and the supervisor of the work proposed the same solution. This made us feel comfortable that what they suggested might work. (Come back next winter!) The day they planned to replace the roof, rain was predicted. They let us know they would come the next day, unless rain was again predicted. They arrived at 7:20 with 8 workers and a supervisor. They finished at 2:30 pm. The roof looks great. We are the third house on our cul de sac to use Deer Park Roofers. We all are happy with their work.

They never submitted the charges to insurance and are sending demand letters threatening to sue me over an unresolved balance that I was told " would be handled" 2 years ago after I had to do all the back and forth with insurance to discover that they never submitted it. Now the company is impossible to get in touch with. Nobody returns my calls or emails. Essentially ignoring my communication while threatening to sue me. Unacceptable and unprofessional. I do not recommend using this company if you plan to file through your insurance.

Some leaf blowing was performed, but we did not observe any flushing of the rear downspouts. After they left, we confirmed the back downspouts were not flushed. A photo provided by the company appeared to show work only on the front of the house. We contacted them the same day. They were initially responsive and said a crew would return within 10 days to complete the job, but that never happened and we received no further communication.

At no time did any of the 3-4 people I spoke with tell me to find someone else to get on my roof and put a tarp over it because they wouldn't be out for over a week and they just jerked me around all week. When your Rain-A-Away roof springs a leak down the road don't expect anyone to come out for days, you're on your own. Had I known that on Monday I could have had a coworker stop by and help me with that. Now I have extensive damage that I have to have fixed myself because they take no responsibility for not being upfront for days that they wouldn't be bothered to come out for a week and a half. I don't know how you can do business that way. Added pics of what I'm left with after the ceiling dried out. Now I need to hire a professional to fix my ceiling that was in perfect condition prior to July 6th rain and I called them right away.
