While these guys were at my home 2 neighbours stopped by to say they had used these guys and they did a crap job. Do yourself a favour and stay far away as you can from these guys they absolutely stink the place up. I think they pray on the elderly not thinking that somebody's gonna get up on a ladder to check to see if they've actually cleaned the gutters or not. What a bunch of slugs.

Both the person who gave the bid and the supervisor of the work proposed the same solution. This made us feel comfortable that what they suggested might work. (Come back next winter!) The day they planned to replace the roof, rain was predicted. They let us know they would come the next day, unless rain was again predicted. They arrived at 7:20 with 8 workers and a supervisor. They finished at 2:30 pm. The roof looks great. We are the third house on our cul de sac to use Deer Park Roofers. We all are happy with their work.

Had they had underquoted the original job and had to come back with more charges I was promised would be paid out by insurance. They never submitted the charges to insurance and are sending demand letters threatening to sue me over an unresolved balance that I was told " would be handled" 2 years ago after I had to do all the back and forth with insurance to discover that they never submitted it. Now the company is impossible to get in touch with. Nobody returns my calls or emails. Essentially ignoring my communication while threatening to sue me. Unacceptable and unprofessional. I do not recommend using this company if you plan to file through your insurance.
