Staff showed up exactly on time (:02 early), prepared and jumped to the job. The staff (Nick and Ross) were regular people (seems odd, but I prefer that over other options). The results are exactly as we want them to be and when we don't know what we want, Justin helps us to understand the different options and tradeoffs to be made.
