It also took 5 days instead of the scheduled 3 which left us looking for extra days of dog sitting and hotel expenses. The value is in the material and workmanship. Nobody showed so we had to call the office to see what was going on. Apparently they sent our contractor out to another home to deal with another situation and just failed to let us know. They didn't get to our house until 4:30 in the evening and only stayed about an hour. They finished up the next day but my husband had to take two whole days off of work because of their failure to communicate and that is not fair.

We took several pictures of this and of the truck and driver. The director said he'd address it but in reality, he sent it to their insurance who took all our info and pictures, like they were going to resolve it (we just wanted to be reimbursed for the cost of repair - $186) and then the insurance company denied the claim and were rude about it.
