There's ample…read moreparking available all around the store (lot of spaces next to Whole Foods et al), which makes visiting convenient even on a busy day. We stopped by on a Saturday evening, and although there were only a couple of associates working at the time, the wait was very reasonable to be about 5 minutes. Ramon assisted us and was fantastic from start to finish. He was extremely patient with all of our questions and took the time to walk us through everything thoroughly. Ramon did an excellent job explaining our billing details and upgrade options in depth, ensuring we fully understood our choices. His patience, kindness, and willingness to help really stood out and made the entire experience stress-free. Overall, a great customer service experience. Highly recommend this location, and a special shoutout to Ramon for his outstanding support!

Previous to this I need to exchange my phone for another phone w physical memory and the couldn't be bothered to help. The same young man who helped me get the phone I needed as well as return the one I didn't want just now, just made it happen and did so quickly. That is customer service. They are no longer relevant technology in today's world. I had been working with Xfinity for some time to determine a path forward. The app is difficult, the chatbot is difficult and phone calls to customer service are difficult. Eventually, they sent me a new device which wasn't what I wanted. I had to return the device, so I went to this location. I explained my situation and Julian was very polite and understanding and offered many different hardware options as we discussed what I was looking for. He discussed with colleagues and called support to help address my needs. Ultimately, the technology which I prefer is no longer supported, but he was very supportive as we reached this conclusion. I go in for exchange. "We don't have any cable boxes. Try another store." "How about you find out if another store has them? I just drove from Boulder Creek." "We don't have visibility of other stores inventory. Sorry." "Ok, Then order me one and have it shipped to my house." "You have to call the service number and they can do that for you." " I don't know what you want me to do..." Seriously?!? No problem getting $300 a month out of me! Went to the Santa Cruz store and was taken care of in a professional and courteous manner.

After we purchased a new phone for my husband and upgraded our plan he came back with bunch of sunglasses and three trackers who he gave us for "free". He asked me for my phone to activate them and never disclosed we would be paying for the service. I figured it out later on my bill and by that time T-Mobile told me it was too late to return them since the 14 days had passed. So if I cancel the service I have to pay for the devices about $140 dollars . Honestly why would I even want three trackers? I haven't even used them. It was dishonest, and we would never trust T-Mobile again after this incident. Ive been a customer of them for about 15 years. Trust is broken

Leo put me on a family plan when all I needed was a phone upgrade. He put me on a family plan telling me it would be the same price as my previous monthly bill. Though I looked at my account and saw I'd be paying $100 more a month for the next two years. He's a really great salesman, super manipulative, and always asking "know what I mean?" when you wouldn't know what he means. He added 4 random lines to my plan! He told me my upgrade came with free AirTags but I ended up paying for them. I don't want to activate them because I feel like he's going to secretly charge me for some kind of subscription. People like Leo are the ones you need to watch out for. They will rob you. This is the first time I've been to this location and it was the worst experience I've ever had. The entire staff was blasting crap tunes, and screaming profanity while I was trying to understand the contract Leo was selling me on. They all need training. Every other location has put me on a great plan for an awesome rate and I was extremely happy with every experience. Please save yourself time, money, and trust by not going here.
