My brain wouldn't work at all. I could barely get up out of a chair, my whole body hurt so bad. Each day was a terrible struggle. I remembered a friend once mentioned 'The Medicine Shoppe' and they were advertising on the radio at that time about a wellness program. I figured I might as well give it a try. I set up an appointment with the pharmacist ' Beaux Cole'. He was considerate and very forthcoming about helping me get well. I took one of their wellness test. The results indicated that my body was in severe depletion of the required balance of vitamins, nutrients, etc. to function normally. I was put on a regiment of homeopathic remedies (vitamins, etc.) that met my personal needs. It's been six months since I took the wellness test and started a very simple wellness program. I cut out all unhealthy foods. Refined sugars, flours, etc. I am so excited to say, that I feel the best I have in 10 years. It is such a wonderful feeling to wake up and be excited about another day and what I can get done now. Life is lovely again.

I had such an issue and the pharmacist Lisa at Chatham took time out of her busy schedule to rectify my situation... Lisa deserves a big shout out because she was amazing taking care of the issue I was dealing with for almost a month... If you experience a problem with the call center, try to talk to the actual pharmacy or pharmacist Tech they are truly amazing and I hope people realize that the call center is not through the pharmacy... I actually had a lady through the call center yell at me and was very rude... But Lisa went above and beyond to help me. Please remember this whatever you were calling Walgreen pharmacy sometimes you do not always get a hold of an actual individual who is at the location.

They had to call in another pharmacist, Allison. I didn't mind the wait. Nobody else seemed to either. Allison was amazing. So personable, professional, helpful and just a pleasure to have her give me the shots. And I didn't feel either one. She was great. I have had nothing but constant issues in the last year. My doctor in Quincy mails them a prescription once a month. Half the time they call me and tell me it will be an additional 3 days because they are out of the drug, even though I get the same drug refilled every month at the same time, they apparently have no ability to pre-order this very common medicine to make sure it is in stock. (this is after waiting 7 days which I know it only took two or three days to get to them in the mail) - Then recently they have started not filling my prescription at all. Even when they have the prescription on file because it has not been a full exact 30 days when the prescription was received. So they just cancel it. They said they can't post date it to be filled, and they have to wait 30 full days. So I have to personally call on the exactly 30 day mark to have the cancelled Rx re-filled. This is ridiculous. I am pretty sure whoever I talk to at that place has no idea what the hell they are talking about. I actually work for a health insurance company. My Rx policy does not require a full 30 days to refill, there is a 10 day grace period allowed. Since they have filled it later and later the last 3 months. I now run out before I can get it filled instead of having a few days of pills when I get my refill. It is absolutely ridiculous. My doctors office is also frustrated with them and has asked me to switch pharmacies which I am doing starting with my next refill.

I understand that, & I agree with the laws however given the amount of frustration and trouble that is already built into the process, the individual pharmacy technicians at a retail establishment that sells these items really shouldn't also be rude when asked about them. I walked in with runny nose & watery eyes seeking relief, when I asked the nice lady behind the counter what products they had available, because I could not see them from where I was standing she told me that she did not want to write all the prices down for me, and insisted that I choose one, (without really knowing what it was I had to choose from) I mean it is the middle of allergy season and it's entirely possible that they were out of something. Even though all she had to do was turn around and look to see what they had on the shelf, she refused and directed me to the place where they have the little stickers in the middle of the aisle, basically meaning that I would lose my place in line and get to start over. At that point there were 4 people in line behind me, so I gave up and walked out without relief. For a business the size of CVS one lost sale is less than insignificant, but for my money I will do my very best to patronize establishments that are polite to their customers.

Just appreciate this group of people who do their best to help others feel better!
