I went home with the Xros vape, a bunch of extra pods, and a couple of bottles of menthol liquids. They were right, and I went again today. An older gentleman helped me, and turned me on to the larger 3ml pods. I'll be going back for a couple more boxes of those, as everything went perfectly. I've got 3 XROS devices, sitting on charger stands (Made for Apple TV remotes - but they work great for this), and a batch of filled pods. Now I have the convenience of the Vuse Alto system without the expense of their disposable pods ($30+ for four) Thanks, guys!

I went to exchange it today. they offered me an exchange but I had to exchange it for the same brand. they did not have my flavor so I tried one that a very nice employee recommended. I did not like it at all. so the gentleman helping me went to who I am assuming was the manager and let him know what happened. At that point the manager went off. Informed him that he shouldn't recommend anything ever. And then he told the employee to just make an exchange but don't recommend anything to me at all. And then he said it four more times, picked up the device brought his arm all the way up and slammed it in the trash. Turned around to walk out of the room and repeated again I'm telling you not to recommend anything ever again and looked at me and told me I had to pick myself and to not ask for a recommendation.At that point their selection was so bad and they had nothing that I would smoke, and I looked at them and said this wasn't about the money. This was just wanting an exchange, rather , it was for something less expensive or more expensive I would've paid more and I didn't need a refund if I paid less. I told him I would never be back based on how the manager treated the employee and the scene he caused while I was there it was extremely uncomfortable. i feel extremely sorry for anyone that works for that man. it was so bad I wish I could leave a number for the owner to call me.

I needed to find a new vape store in town after the employees at The Choice Vapes decided to act…read morelike jerks to me. This vape shop had high stars so I decided to check it out. I was impressed. All of the time I have gone to The Choice nobody told me about needing to replace coils, not even when I bought my very box vape from them. This place, on the other hand, I told them about the problem I had been having with my vape oil tasting harsh & horrible & he knew right away that I needed a new coil. I was having the same problem with my OLD box vape & instead of telling me that I needed a new coil they just said maybe my oil was too high of a dose at 6 mg. I ended up buying two Vapes from The Choice & I wish I could get my money back. They would prime the coil & put too much oil, so when I would use it, it would end up popping hot oil into my mouth, burning me several times. This is because the employees don't bother to take the time to be careful while doing the priming, and put too much. I never would have known this had I not gone to Twin City Vapes. I think I will be giving my money to these guys from now on and I suggest you do too. They have good products & lots of great flavors. Plus they have polite employees who take the time to help you out rather than make you feel like a bother like some places do.

Their hours are scheduled to open at 9am, but I've been there several times at that time or even 30-40 minutes after and they're not there. I understand business and it's sometimes more cost efficient to wait to open up until your business earnings typically begin... Unless your customers arrive when they expect you to be open and you're not open. It's even more difficult when they're on a different schedule and are relying on being to able to come to your business on a time crunch but you're not available when you said you would be. I would just change my hours to make it convenient for your business costs but also not lie to your customers and say you're going to be open but you aren't. Open earlier some days and later on others. We understand! We just count on reliability and it really affects your business. I've seen other reviews on Google, I know I'm not the only who notices this.
