When I was asked if they could help, told them I was looking for a short pixie style wig, brown in color and I found one in less than five minutes, when I tried on Hubby gave a firm YES, then I was told if I buy one the second is half off and I found Two wonderful wigs, one was $70 and other was $20, she also suggested combs so the wig doesn't move and showed me how to do it!!! They let you try on 3 wigs with a $5 deposit which you get back when done shopping!!! Everyone was so helpful and friendly!!! This will be my go to place for all Beauty supplies!!! I had my daughters big day coming up and needed help with a wig since my hair hasn't fully come in. As it turns out the wig I purchased was very complicated to use.. even in the store. They even sewed in clips. The day of my daughters event I had such a difficult time trying to get it to fit correctly. The clips hurt my head. Needless to say I went without it. I tried to return it, "missed" the no return policy in a not so obvious place!! I had gotten it on Friday.. they are closed Sunday and Monday so I came in Tuesday. With such a quick turn around you would think.. they would try to do something to compensate nothing was done she walked away to her back room which made my decision to write a review. I have thick, curly hair, so I purchased two packs of their curly extensions yesterday. The employee offered me a discount since I asked for 2 packs. I wasn't asking for a discount they brought it up, and I agreed. When it came time to pay, the owner asked if I could send payment through Zelle instead of using my credit card, explaining that credit card processing fees are expensive for small businesses. I had no problem accommodating that request. However, after I got home, I realized I only needed one pack. Since I live just down the street, I called almost immediately to see if I could return the unopened second pack. I was repeatedly told the owner would call me back, but after following up again the next day, I was only told that she was aware and would get back to me when she could. I still haven't received a response. At this point, I'm keeping the extra hair because I can use it in the future, so this isn't really about the money. It's about the customer service. I've always tried to support this business, but the lack of communication after they encouraged me to purchase more than I originally needed left me disappointed. A simple phone call and clear answer would have gone a long way.
