She was frustrated because I took too long trying on wigs and tried too many on according her. She has a seat and that's what the area of the store is for, to try on wigs. She claimed no other stores are allowing people to try on wigs, but that's a lie because I had just gone to another store and had gone to one after, all of which were allowing folks to try on wigs. I came home and one of the wig's net did not even match my skin color. No wonder I got a discount! And when I came back to get another receipt, because I had lost it in the midst of all my stuff and appointments, and needed it for my insurance, she wouldn't print another receipt, couldn't create one and void it, couldn't even create one by hand and sign off on it. When I asked about whether she would be worried about her manager; she said she was the manager which didn't make any sense that she couldn't then even write a receipt out for me. She then brought up the fact that I wrote a bad review for her on Google which all makes sense now. I cried in the store and was so angry, but it didn't matter. I'm NEVER coming back here again. She's absolutely awful and disgrace of a human being.

Came in for a cut and a Brazilian blowout today. I originally wanted to do a Japanese permanent straightening but I guess I mixed the two up. Mary made light of this and told me the two are different. I've had the permanent straightening done before but didn't know what I was thinking. I asked if she could do the permanent straightening at that point. She said she could but would have to order the product and it will take about a week for her to receive it. She then asked if I wanted to do that instead. I said it's okay and decided to just give the Brazilian blowout a try to see. I was already there and Mary was already washing and shampooing my hair. I didn't want to waste her time since the spot was originally reserved for me. During the process I was still a little hesitant. Hesitant no longer because it turned out absolutely amazing! She did everything I requested which was to go short and thin out my hair. She really took her time to make sure everything came out perfect. Almost towards the end of the process we both thought about how we should've taken a before and after picture because it was a major transformation. You can tell she really loves what she does and puts her all in it because she says she loves the feeling of the instant gratification she gets when someone transforms by just a new do. Now that's passion. Mary also has a really down to earth attitude and makes you feel really comfortable during your time with her. Prices are very reasonable and work is fantastic. Thank you! I will definitely be back. ~~~~~~~~ Below is an after pic. I'm partly mixed with African-American descent so the texture of my hair is really dry and nappy. Having tight curly hair it's hard to find a stylist that understands how to cut curly hair and I alway leave her feeling beautiful. Mary can give you a creative and edgy (from platinum to purple) or a natural look. She is also great at helping you come up with a look that you can manage on your own. I also give Brazilian blowouts 5 stars! They last 3 months. My hair is shiny and frizz free! The only product I put in my hair is the Brazilian blowout balm/hot tool protectant and it takes me 10 minutes to blowdry and flat iron for perfect finish. My natural hair will take at least 45 minutes (on a good day) and will still get frizzy! I'm so unbelievably happy I found Mary and she's in Fullerton. Brazilian blowouts for life!!
