service is ok.. Issue is with billing.. I have insurance with cigna.. I already met my deductible and my insurance requires 10% coinsurance for each visit. First day i was told i need to pay $60 because they have to confirm with my insurance and if it is covered they will give credit. I accepted and paid $60. After that they billed my insurance for services for $100 but never gave back my credit. When i asked them they initially told some stories and later doctor chen came to me and said they will refund the amount back no problem once receive payment from insurance. After that they started charging 10$ for next two visits but a visit costs $45 and i already met my deductible and since my coinsurance is 10$ i should be paying $4.50. When i asked about that he said we cannot change it. And after that week my insurance got renewed and i am subject to deductible. From there onwards they started charging $60 for the next 2 visits from me and only reported to insurance that i am paying $45. Which means i am paying more than what i should be paying.. Seeing all these concerns i don't want to go there anymore.. There are 2 doctors and no one know what's the amount. One says 45 one says 60 and front desk is even more confused about billing.. For the chiropractic service they are good but when it comes to billing its a nightmare.. i did not feel comfortable at all.. i will not be going back again.. read more

I accidentally got a neck injury. When I came in, I couldn't drive myself because I couldn't really turn and look at the mirror. However, after the first visit, I can turn immediately. Then, I went back more to get more adjustment. As much as I don't like visiting doctors and I once viewed going to chiropractic as luxury, I realize chiropractic has become a necessity given that it is normal and easy to have bad postures. And after a prolong period of bad postures, we would end up in muscle tightness and sore body parts which ultimately make our lives unproductive and ineffective. So, for your own good, get a chiropractor! But, don't go to any other chiropractors though! Come to Compassion! I have been to a couple chiropractors in my life. When I went to see Dr. Chen, my stress level in my upper shoulder muscles had moved up to the muscles in my lower head. I was unable to turn my head right or left without pain. He has fixed and healed all those issues as well as taking x-rays in the beginning and in the middle to see how you are reacting to the procedures. I was having a flair up on a Friday of a holiday weekend and unfortunately he had no appointments available.
