All of his furnishings were put into storage in homestead prior to leaving. He hired a couple of young guys through a friend to move his stuff. Nothing was wrapped or packed, it was mostly in black trash bags and piled in the storage units to the top. I say Units as there was three of them. With the housing market being the way it is, it took over a year for my father to purchase a new house. On short notice we rented a box truck and headed to homestead to pick up his stuff. While in the truck I was calling places to try and hire movers to help load the truck. No one would call me back, and two companies blatantly said they weren't interested in the Job. Not Castle tho. They jumped at the opportunity to do the work. In two days notice he had four guys out there to help us load the truck. They met us on location, bright and early in the morning. They unloaded the three storage containers and wrapped and packed items as they were doing it. You could clearly see the kids who filled the storage units had just thrown stuff everywhere and on top of everything. These guys carefully took everything out and made their best effort not to damage any of my fathers belongings. Not to mention it was in Aug, it was 90° outside in the FL sun, and probably 100° in the back of the truck. They had emptied, 3 full sized storage units (was the contents of a four bedroom house) in less than 4 hours. A few hours later we headed north and two days later we arrived with little to no damage with all our items, safely packed in the truck. Items were secured, there was no shifting of the load at all. The rates were very reasonable and on par with what I was seeing listed on other co. websites. I would def recommend them for moving services.

Do not use this storage facility! We moved from out of state so we were not able to see the…read morefacility prior to moving our items in. When we arrived we were surprised to find that our items would not be going into a standard storage unit but into conex storage containers. This is also not advertised on their website. We put our items in 2 units and after a few weeks we went back and there was so much moisture in one of our units that there was water dripping from the ceiling. We noticed there was a hole in the door of the container and several holes in the roof. We complained to the on site manager and he assured us it would be fixed. When we went back the "fix" was putting a form of tape on the holes. Our items have only been in the storage unit a few months but they are ruined. We are now having to throw out furniture, cloths and home decorations due to mold. I have contacted the manager again to let him know of the damage, I even sent pictures but I have yet to hear back from them. Our units are also infested with roaches, when I brought some of our boxes home our boxes had roaches inside and the items were covered in roach feces. We are now throwing away a container full of our items and are moving our second container of items to another storage facility. Our second unit is in better shape but we are starting to get mold in that unit also so we are moving before it gets worst. Another issue I have had with this facility is feeling safe going to the unit, there are RV's parked at this storage facility and there are people living in the rv's and they would be randomly walking around the units while we were packing or unpacking. It was also difficult getting in touch with any form of management at the storage facility. They have their hours listed but would rarely be in their office. Again I strongly suggest finding a different storage facility. I am also attaching photos.

Not only was Joe so helpful and organized, he helped me figure out the best way to store and load my items efficiently and easily. The storage facility is clean and safe and I feel like I could call up at anytime and get access if I need it. I first inquired with a few movers to make sure I could compare pricing and services available. I was also rushing my move into a three week timeline; so when I first received my quote from Pure Moving, I instantly knew this was my first choice. When I spoke with them on the phone, they set me up with a video call to get an exact price for the move. I booked an appointment immediately on the first call, I was so confident they would give an affordable rate with impeccable service. I WAS CORRECT, PURE MOVING DOES NOT DISAPPOINT! Since I was moving from Miami to WPB, it was important for me to have enough movers to get it all done at one time. The quote Tad, in the office, gave me was on point though the actual amount due wound up being greater because it took about an hour longer to complete the job (the size and complexity of disassembling and then reassembling my king-sized sleigh bed frame was the culprit). Overall, I was VERY pleased with their responsiveness, quickness and the friendliness of the movers (Roman and his partner) assigned to my job. I'd use them again for sure!
