Rusty nails poking through kitchen cabinets because the nails used were too long for the project. The plaster ceiling fell in and it took over a week to have someone come fix it (after management said it was scheduled for the next day). When the guy did come to fix it, instead of moving our things or asking us to do so he got plaster all over them. He then proceeded to invite a gentleman who had been painting our porch into our home without permission. We were given no heads up that the gentleman would be painting the porch so he just came up, started smoking and proceeded to do a halfway job by painting around our porch furniture and expensive bike (which we quickly moved inside). The ugly: half of our deposit was taken and now we have to fight to get it back. Ive already left a message but no call back yet! Usually a poor review on social media is the only thing that gets a response.

Big mistake on my part when I switched to them from Watson Realty and Glenda, in Jacksonville Beach. Poor customer service, unprofessional attitude, lack of concern for my property, have spoken to 5 different agents with 5 different stories, loved working with Christina, but she no longer does rentals for them. Paint, was not a professional job, and honestly my 5 year old nephew could have done a better job. Had I not accidentally had a surprise visit with a friend and neighbor and received feedback, they would have gotten away with it because it is okay for them to take money from out of town homeowners and line their own pockets perhaps. Carpet installed was mediocre, and smelled, wonder if they used refurbished materials, yet they charged me $8000.00 dollars June 2015, found out from a friend who visited the home, the carpet and paint was not fresh or brand new, as one would expect considering it was less than two years old. Damage to my roof, June 2015, they did not acknowledge any information relating to the damages when questioned March 2016. A neighbor and tenant told us, a moving truck had backed into the roof. I Terminated contract with them, still awaiting documentation and justification oh and not to mention the money they owe me and it has been over 30 days, and of course they don't have my address on file. Do not recommend this company and now they are changing their name from FIRST COAST RENTAL AGENCY TO RENTAL PARTNERS! HOMEOWNERS BE AWARE!

    They rented me a place with Trains in my backyard. Feels like an earthquake. Noisy. Hard to sleep…read more24/7 and when my daughter walked the apt it was mid day and no trains were passing and the tall wood fence and trees made it hard to see. The tile already had mold and the tub cracked as soon as I stepped in it for the first time. It reveled mold and mildew and they came to fix it and it cracked again because they put caulking on wet tub. Been waiting since February and no reply to my 3 emails to property manager. Been asking them to change A/C filter smells like mold. Since February my mail is still held at post office because I don't have a mail key. It don't get changed until a person moved out and then they wait to rent to then have new resident go to post office to request lock change.

My son rented his first apartment from this group in May of 2020 and was laid off right about that time. Did we ask for rent moritoriem or any of the other governement sponsered free rides? HELL NO. His rent was paid in full before the due date every month for his entire lease. You would think for that the company would work with you when you need a favor, but not this company. What my son faced while he lived in this DUMP of an apartment: (1) Raw sewage backup in his tub on his move in day. Yep, move in day and they made an excuse and delayed it to the next day. We should have cancelled and run that day. It continued to happen while he lived there. They always said that was just mud and water. (2) The front locking gate they claimed as part of the property did not work for at least six months and people could access the property at all hours. (3) The courtyard was so overgrown with grass could you not only not sit there, you could barely walk through there. (4) The trash for the entire community was not removed for at least 3-4 weeks and the stench was so horridenous and the filth was unbelievable. Those cans backed right up to my son's apartment. Multiple calls were made to the management and there was nothing they could do. (5) His air conditioning failed in July (yes hottest time of the year) and they took forever to dispatch someone, then said they could not fix it for days, that turned into an entire week with NO AIR CONDITIONING! Sure they gave him credit for those days but no alternative for another place to stay. (6) The upstairs tenants were very noisy and despite multiple complaints from him and other neighbors, nothing was done, so my son came to our house to sleep many nights. (7) When he finally secured a job after 10 months of being unemployed, we asked if they could terminate his lease 2 months early so he could move for the job which was five hours away and they refused to even consider that. They cost him a job. He could not afford to move and pay rent somewhere else while paying rent in this dump. (8) Final straw is the move out and though he was a quiet, no party guy living alone, they kept his ENTIRE deposit and demanded more. The closet doors in the bedroom when he moved in were falling down. Him being young and in his first rental did not fill out the list of things wrong, but they chose to charge him for new doors THOUGH I have proof they never replaced those doors from the vendors who worked on that property and the tenants. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS!! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SLUM LORDS!! AND DO NOT BELIEVE THEY ARE CHRISTIANS! THEY ARE LIARS!

    Thought we should share our experience with Vesta Employee Denny. We have told many of our family…read moreand friends and have been asked to share it with social media. We participated in an event at Kings Point and we had the displeasure of speaking with Denny over the telephone. This is Denny: She accused us of stealing porcelain decorative home accents and tableware. Denny stated there were video recordings of such atrocities. This deplorable woman went on to say we had to bring everything back immediately the next day. I am elderly and my heart had dropped hearing this. I immediately started shaking, went into panic mode, and denied what never happened. I offered to pay for everything, and Denny said no money would be accepted. My children heard the conversation and stepped in to console me. My children as well denied taking the aforementioned items but wanted to see the video recordings being held as evidence by Denny. Denny said she would have them. We all knew this was a lie. The next day we went to the Clubhouse and spoke with the Manager Matt, who apologized profusely for our treatment. I again started feeling lightheaded, started shaking, and lost my balance. Kings Point is my Paradise, and I refuse to give that feeling up. Matt confirmed my fears that I was not going to be allowed to participate in any further activities because of Denny's accusations. Management reviewed the video recording but would not let us see it. Another Supervisor said that Denny admitted she was wrong and we did not steal the items she accused us of taking. We asked to meet with Denny, we thought it was appropriate that she at least give us an apology, but she was in a "notorious meeting". So, This is Denny, people like Denny are here to prove and remind us how low some people have fallen from our Earth. No, Denny should not be terminated, we all must eat, pay bills and wish others the best, but maybe if she were demoted, she could feel the humiliation she put me and my family through.
