As first-time…read morehomebuyers from out of town, there was a lot of stuff that was entirely new to us, and Erin did a great job of walking us through everything we needed to do and when we need to have it done by. Further, as the type of person who likes to plan things out, and who can react poorly to unexpected negative events, Erin did a very good job of talking me off the ledge at times and explaining the various possible eventualities. Everything (document reviews and signings, etc.) was done electronically, with a minimum of fuss. Erin also recommended all the various inspectors and such required, who were all very good, and took responsibility for being at the house when needed. We unfortunately were dealing with sellers who made misrepresentations on some of their disclosures, as well as (in my opinion) at best incompetent and at worst dishonest seller-side agents (Watson Realty - be warned!). But Erin was helpful in advising us on how to make sure they lived up to their obligations, even when they were resistant or delaying in fulfilling their responsibilities. My one piece of advice (true in any case, I'd guess) is to understand that your realtor is a repeat player in the industry, and therefore will naturally be less aggressive than you want them to be -- don't feel like (as I did early on) you're being unreasonable when you want to take a harder line than your realtor advises at first, you're just protecting your investment. Erin was very good at presenting the full set of options. Highly recommend this group!

We had been assured that all was going well, so we proceeded to order the appraisal. When everything didn't go well, Bloom honoured their verbal promise and refunded us the appraisal price. Amelia is personable and knowledgeable. Every part of the process is made easier, because she is involved. She is patient with explaining parts of the home buying process you might not understand. My home buying process had some curveballs, but she worked with the seller and the inspector to make sure the home was up to par. She is the best realtor I've come in contact with, and I'd utilize her services again in a heartbeat!

Ms. Jennifer Hendry, CRB is an exceptional person who helped us in the numerous real estate properties in the Jacksonville area in the St. John's River. I feel I can apply a reliable yardstick in assessing her, especially since I have been an Associate Professor in the Doctoral Program at Nova University School of Professional Psychology for over 12 years, published over 40 scientific articles and books, have been in practice for over 40 years as a licensed psychologist in the state Florida, I have been a member of over 15 insurance networks in which I specialize in the treatment of children, adults, seniors and other specialized areas and I have purchased several homes and condos in Florida. In the experience and transactions between my wife and myself Ms. Jennifer Hendry, CRB always impressed us with her competence in handling questions which we had, her expertise, sensitivity, maturity, willingness to go beyond the call to get questions answered, show us a wide variety of properties within our range, her effectiveness in handling other realtors who were difficult and she is clearly a dedicated caring agent with has high ethical standard. She will unquestionably impress you. I highly recommend her without any reservations as a superb broker/steward if you ever have any need for a superb agent for any type of Realty. Despite returning home and we have been uncertain where we might live, Ms. Jennifer Hendry has continued to provide us with objective information without any pressure. It has been an extreme pleasure dealing with her and we strongly encourage you to contact her.

Thanks to their help and advice we were able to step into our new house knowing that we already had equity upon purchase in a house that was perfect for us. They helped us determine not only which house was the best value, but which house suited our needs the best. From the negotiation to closing, they were right there with us, including every inspection. They walked us through the process, making sure there were no surprises, and we were prepared for the next step. They never failed to answer an email or text promptly. They helped manage the home inspection process, worked in concert with the mortgage broker, home builder, and even helped us find the right homeowners insurance. They made sure that nothing fell through the cracks and there were no unexpected last-minute emergencies to be delt with. In the end we got a new build for over 8 1/2% less the asking price and they threw in window treatments and refrigerator to boot. They made the home buying process as worry free as is possible, even for a first-time home buyer. I cannot recommend Bee Home Realty enough.

Now, with just a couple months left on my lease, Nest Finders is refusing to repair two damaged doors, including a porch door that's a clear safety risk. My lease specifically lists "repair of inoperable doors and windows" as the landlord's responsibility, yet they keep denying service and ignoring my written requests. It's disappointing and unprofessional. After a year of being a responsible tenant, I'm being dismissed and left with safety issues they're legally required to fix. We didn't know much about this company until we moved here, but learned that they are a newer firm that bought out Prudential Real Estate. When you see their signs, you can tell that they have high standards of doing business - the signage is just very professional, noticeable but doesn't look like a child designed it. When you walk in this office, that story continues. Recently remodeled, this location is very nicely adorned. When you come inside the fresh clean decoration and coloring feels welcoming, and this is continued by the staff greeting. The front desk staff, broker, and agents are all courteous and make you feel like you truly have their full attention. I've had the pleasure of speaking with the broker and I can tell she truly is there to help others. The unfortunate thing is that the office is kind of hidden in this strip mall of sorts... you have to know its there to see it! I can't say much more, as I did not work with a Berkshire agent to buy our house. My wife recently started calling this place home base and is an agent with the office - she says it's a great brokerage with which to partner.
