This guy didn't check all outdoor light operation. Nothing was on the report regarding the outdoor scones working. I later found out that two of the outdoor lights were not even wired, they were just screwed into the wall. Garage lights were not installed correctly, having visible exposed wires that needed junction boxes. These were only a few items that were missed. Do yourself a favor and find a home inspector who is experienced in construction and is out there to work for you and not the realtor trying to make the sale.

We were also impressed at just how much he covered, as he inspected our future home during the COVID pandemic and only had a limited amount of time in the owner's home. He had everything broken down into sections with photos and diagrams, which were extremely helpful for someone who doesn't know the trade terminology.
