Car doesn't drive any straighter after alignment and the brake pads I had installed sound worse than the old, worn out pads they replaced. They charge you extra if you pay for the Groupon price in store, so it's best to just buy directly on Groupon. Update: initially he tried to charge me for spraying the brake spray, then backed off when I interjected. Reached out to the dealership and they said the anti-squeal shims were to be removed from the old pads and placed on the new pads. These guys didn't do that. If they can't get a simple brake pads job done correctly, what else do they get wrong? Update to their update: The proof I have now is the actual certified technician who did the job right this time. Cleaning up your mess you left me with. All while the brakes are squeak free. He showed me the pads as he was taking them off. There were no shims on there. He had to go to Vandergriff Toyota to get a new set front and rear. You can lie to the people, but you can't lie to me. It's documented!
