Bacon, Egg and Cheese Sandwich, Eggs N' Toast, Chai Tea Latte, coffee

Very comfy and convenient. Food was fresh, hot and tasted like it was made with love. Can't ask for more than that! Coffee was 10/10 flavorful and rich. Service was premium, smiles all around and really felt like we were welcomed. Chai was a tad on the sweeter side but still had a spice bite to it.

Great cafe to come and work. I was able to plug my laptop in, eat breakfast, drink some tea and have my virtual meetings in peace. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. The food is delicious . They recommended the waffles and it indeed was yummy. I hate the Caramel Oreo frappe- taste sooooo good! Very comfortable place to sit in. I highly recommend.

Vanilla latte

One star for the decor and staff being friendly. The tables are cleans and the menu options are very inviting (different flavored lattes), however my food felt cold. Toast was not toasted and I ordered whole wheat toast and was given plain white bread what seemed soaked in butter. The eggs were not very good either. The vanilla latte was just okay, but did not feel super hot just warm.

The cafe is adorable. Great place for coffee or boba tea. The bagel was good and the service was excellent. Was not thrilled with the Big BEACH sandwich. It was fresh, but lacked avocado and I didn't like the hot honey and the bacon was too raw for me. The sandwich was served with chips, would have been better with a side salad. Good quality but it's a bit pricey. Like another review stated, it's a great local neighborhood spot, I am not local so I will not return.

Bacon egg and cheese on a croissant, FIRE!! Good service. The lady was sweet. Definitely coming back. Cute chill spot as well.

Strawberry and Nutella Crepe-delicious!!!

Ate at this cute little cafe near JFK airport after coming in on a red-eye flight. It's in an old neighborhood within a mixture of businesses. The menu is limited, but the offerings cover many breakfast cravings. My family and I ordered a bagel and scrambled eggs, a veggie omelet and an Eiffel Tower crepe that had strawberries and Nutella. Everyone was happy with their breakfasts. Flavors of the food were good and service was happy and helpful. It was a nice place to stop in after a long flight. Seems to be a favorite among locals.

What an unexpected surprise coming from this little shop of joy. Traveling for business and needed something that checks every box for my team. Breakfast, coffee and pastries. Deliciously prepared and great presentation. The team was surprised for the amount of flavors in their pancakes, eggs and crepes. And of course I made myself a new lover and coffee connoisseur by trying his first Nutella mocha latte. Will certainly visit when I'm in town again. Top notch little coffee shop.

Western Omelette and toast.

Food was tasty, well presented and hot. Service was fast Definitely a place to visit a again. The ambience was peaceful and we were able to talk without shouting, lovely place for couples to connect.

This place was great! Came here for a quick coffee on a brisk Saturday morning with the family. The staff were very kind and proud of their mission in donating all profits to disadvantaged communities. Glad my purchase supported their cause! The place isn't just charitable, the food and drinks are great too. We ordered a hot chocolate, regular coffee and their seasonal pumpkin spice tiramisu latte. All really delicious. Not sure if I'll be back in this part of town for a while, but for those who live here, I highly recommend you check out this spot.

Clean, nice chairs to sit in and enjoy a latte.

My friend enjoyed her birthday at Sugar Factory and stated she will be back soon. The Sugar Factory candy store is located next to the restaurant. The pretty sparkler candle, oversized desserts, and drinks are also nice for special occasions. However, the food I had was terrible, and the menu isn't attractive. It mostly features low-quality items (see the menu) that seem like they were frozen and they just need reheating. The food at Applebee's and TGI Fridays is far better, and I haven't eaten at either in years. Still, I wouldn't recommend this place for a real meal. My bill was nearly $260 for two adults and two kids, with meals consisting of overpriced appetizers and drinks. We opted not to buy entrees because the appetizers were poor in taste and quality. The service was mediocre even with the waiters coming together to serve desert and sing happy birthday. I would not recommend this place to a friend but if you really want to visit Sugar Factory for the vibe or aesthetics I suggest eating beforehand and just ordering desserts and drinks for the celebration. @Sugar Factory! Do better! The cost of your food doesn't match its quality!

There is no annoying banana to taint this classic Nutella crepe. The crepe was swimming in Nutella. I have always been enamored with Nutella and chocolate chips. French crepes with Nutella takes me back to Paris, France of nostalgia for halcyon times. Three stars, as the male server Hars S. speaks rudimentary English for L.E.P. and his words were mostly inaudible to comprehend. He plays music boisterously loud in his native language appearing very distracted with indifference to service customers. There are no seats, no tables, no stools, and no ledge. It's Eid so my sister and I came here to buy 6 bubble teas for the family (Around 5:45) When I ordered it, the cashier laughed in my face sarcastically. I asked her why she laughed and she expressed "cause I'm gonna have to make them now" um hate to break it to you babe but that's your literal job??? I did feel bad since she was the only one behind the counter at the time, so I changed my order from 6 to 4 bubble teas. I sat down with my sister and we watched as 3 other parties ordered and received their drinks while we still waited for ours. After quite the wait, I went to the pickup area to ask if our drinks were ready yet and they were ready, just sitting there for a while. I guess she didn't think to notify us that our drink is ready? I mean she saw us waiting so I don't know why she couldn't let us know. Such blatant disregard for customer's time. Maybe I'm spoiled by the amazing service I get at Chaiwala. I kind of regret going here today because on top of that, one of my bubble teas was filled literally halfway. I get that I ordered a regular size for two of the drinks and maybe they only had large cups but even then, what I received was waaaay less than what the regular cup holds. And this regular sized drink had waaaay less bubble tea than the other regular sized drink I ordered. I don't know if she did that on purpose or out of spite... but it did feel like it. Just look at the pictures I attached and see for yourself. Also, I asked for no ice and it definitely had ice in it. And as if it couldn't get any worse, my brown sugar milk tea was just milk with a tiny amount of brown sugar at the bottom. I defffffinitely did not get what I paid for and it really is disappointing. After such a long wait I didn't want to mention anything, so I took the drinks and left. But looking back, I really should have requested a refund. It was abysmal and I shouldn't have received such horrible products because I'm a paying customer like everyone else! It's astonishing how bad that one cashiers service was, I really think the owner should train his staff on common courtesy, it's not his fault but it's impacting his business. But I will say the other staff members are generally friendly and have great service, so maybe just train this girl. A couple of friends and neighbors here and there have also mentioned moments of off-putting service they experienced here, or similar inconsistencies with the product FYI.
