We were referred to Dependable Senior Care by a social worker at Delray Medical Center in an emergency situation. My in-laws have no children in the area and my father-in-law had been admitted to the hospital. My mother-in-law cannot be left alone. The agency was able to get coverage into my in-laws home within two hours that very evening and the aid stayed there until I arrived at 1am! Since then, we have been using the agency for care in the home and have been very impressed by the professionalism and caring attitude of the aids. Ryan Rex, our primary contact, has been incredibly flexible. My insurance agent who sold us our Long term health policy, said call Paradise and you won't be sorry as I send all my clients there. When I called a very sweet and understanding girl named Sherry soon put me at ease, and held my hand( so to speak ) knowing I was nervous. She assured me if I wasn't satisfied with the person we sent, all you have to do is ask for another and no questions are needed. She then lead me through what I might need , after telling her my wife said I've got you, I don't need anyone else. Anyway she sent me a 28 year old girl who is studying to be a nurse who's name was Wiz. She was well named as she had my wife doing things that I was unsuccessful doing, and after the first visit my wife said "see you tomorrow?" and then said to me "what a sweet girl. I couldn't believe my good luck. I would have no problem recommending Paradise to anyone that needed help. The only sad thing is I can't take Wiz back with me to.NJ I'v hired and fired many in my career so I told Paradise she's a keeper and I'm sure they have more Wiz's in their stable.
