Additionally, the employee (Asian Female) assisting us at the Hacienda Heights location on Colima was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. To the point where she closed the door in my face and said "Come Back tomorrow". Mind you we got arrived 15 minutes before they closed. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of the circumstances. It is concerning that someone displaying such poor customer service skills would be placed in a position that requires direct interaction with the public. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously, addresses the cleanliness concerns, and provides additional customer service training to ensure future customers receive the level of professionalism and respect they deserve. First poke on the left arm the nurse was not successful she poke my either tendon or muscle because there was no blood coming out. Second poke you can see my big bruise arm, she use the fine needle but she was not careful so one point the needle was 90 degrees which it cause the bruise. Sadly this is the closest lab my insurance would take and other than that make appointment beat the waiting in line. The wait room is filled with patients it's crazy.
