Chalito is a chain restaurant in Spain that specializes in Argentinian milanesas, which are thin breaded meat cutlets topped with all kinds of good stuff, and I knew I had to try one. I ordered the Milanesa Mallorquina with sobrasada, Mahón cheese, honey, and a mozzarella base, and it was absolutely delicious. The mix of savory and sweet worked so well together. I also tried a slice of my friend's serrano pizza, and that was really good too. Another thing I liked was that they offer their own special aiolis to choose from. As somebody who loves extra sauce on the side, that was a huge plus for me. The food impressed me so much that I ended up going back to a different Chalito location in Madrid just to try the sausage and chili oil pizza, and it was just as bomb.
