Not only did he come at the last minute on a Sunday, he gave clear instructions on what we should do (and not do) while he was on the way. He made sure that everyone and everything was safe and what could have been a true disaster (that we created) resulted in 2 cracked cedar roof shingles and a dent in our gutter. Mac is a true professional and turned an extraordinarily stressful situation into a terrific experience. Despite the emergency call on a Sunday, his prices were half of what others had quoted us - and we would have paid whatever he asked! We learned a lot and I am tremendously grateful to Mac!

When they were finished with an area they cleaned away the debris fully which made my wife very happy. All together we found our experience with Eddies to be economical and professional. Well done!
