I had just retired from teaching Dance and closed my studio in Florida. I had just moved back to Hawaii, and I was reaching out to the Dance community to connect and make friends. I had had just started taking some dance styles that had always wanted to learn Kizomba, and Samba but was too busy to learn. "Dances of love" was an event and they were using this beautiful DanceStudio, I remember loving the aesthetics of the studio and the warm friendly feeling. In 12 years later, I'm bringing my daughter down here for some dance classes. I did not realize how large the studio was, And I'm so happy that the studio lasted all these years. Still and Moving Center, offers a array of dance classes, from BellyDance, salsa, tango, Ballet, yoga, stretch, massage, therapy, aerial, classes, tai chi, hula, and the list goes on. They have classes for adult and children and offer in person and online classes. Right now, they're running a two week special, for $50 plus dollars you can take unlimited classes for t two weeks. I sat in on my daughter's classes, everyone was super welcoming. I love the two Bellydance teachers. There was so much love for their teacher and for each other. It made me want to join in and get some of that love. And it made me want to start taking some classes as well. Classes rates : Still & Moving Center They are having A Two week special you can try all the classes. They have two rates See them for the cost. $28.27 per class / drop in rate $240 for 10 classes $129 per month 14 four floor base Classes, but not including aerial classes. $172 unlimited classes, and that includes the aerial $250 All the Classes, Ariel and a one monthly massage (3 month commitment.)

I can't recommend Dr. Kristine Williams at Kathryn Taketa-Wong & Associates highly enough. I first…read morereached out at the end of 2024 when I was dealing with complex and overwhelming health challenges that were taking a serious toll on my daily life. I wanted a holistic approach--one that combined lifestyle changes, nutritional support, hormone therapy, and supplements. What I received was so much more than I expected. Dr. Williams took the time to understand the full picture. She listened with care and compassion, giving me space to share what I was experiencing, both physically and emotionally. What began as a search for answers around perimenopausal symptoms soon revealed deeper underlying conditions, including POTS and PCOS--things that had gone undiagnosed for far too long. Dr. Williams created a comprehensive, science-backed plan tailored to my specific needs, based on lab work, ongoing testing, and consistent monitoring. Appointments are thorough, typically lasting 30 minutes to an hour, and every visit feels intentional and collaborative. Dr. Williams always makes sure I understand what's going on in my body and how each part of the treatment plan fits together. She doesn't reject Western medicine--in fact, she incorporates it thoughtfully when it supports overall healing. When I was prescribed anxiety medication, for example, she reviewed it carefully and helped me understand how it could help in my specific case. One of the things I appreciate most about this practice is the team-based approach. You're not just getting one doctor's perspective--you're benefiting from the expertise of the entire group. The providers consult with one another to make sure every aspect of your care is considered, which makes a huge difference. As with most naturopathic care, insurance doesn't typically cover upfront, but this office is extremely transparent about costs and offers a range of payment options. If your insurance allows for reimbursement, they even handle the claims submission for you--something I've found to be a massive help. The office environment is quiet, clean, and calming. The staff is welcoming and responsive, and parking is simple thanks to the attached structure (with validation included). They also use a secure app that makes managing test results, appointments, and communication incredibly easy. This is truly whole-person care--rooted in science, compassion, and a deep respect for the healing process. If you're ready to invest in your well-being and want a provider who will walk with you every step of the way, I cannot recommend Dr. Williams enough. This continues to be life-changing for me.

It is actually up a set up stairs directly on top of the cross fit gym, and jiu jitsu gym. Parking is tight here people usually park across the street behind a chain link fence. Street parking is also available on the whole side of the roads. I wouldn't risk it parking in a designated business spot in their tiny parking lot. That aside.... We Decided to visit this place through meetups app while on vacation for a breath workshop with Hunter. I had been looking a month ago at things I would love to do while out if our normal area, for classes and workshops to add to my training. I was glad I found this one! Once in, and talking to the instructor He said they're trying new classes out, and currently his is donation based, (but I'm sure it could change in the future), and to bring your own mat/ blanket etc for a rejuvenating intro to breath on weds at 6pm for 45 minutes. I am Yoga Nidra certifies, and this very much so reminded me of that with breath work. However, we were consciously awake and checked up on constantly through the practice. An awesome experience for those that need to tune in to themselves and out of the world. Great for people visiting the island looking to relax on a deeper level, and for locals who need to get back in touch with their innermost. Strongly suggest! I like that this studios energy seems very balanced, safe, and comfortable. It's very chill and welcoming, as was Hunter. Thanks for the lovely experience, and for hosting such awesome events for people on meetup app! Hope to visit next time I'm in the area :0)

Chi Kung, Kung Fu, Tai Chi are just some of what are offered. They also host workshops on varied topics conducted by themselves, as well as other community members. Workshops such as "Heal Your Back & Neck Pain", "Building Better Balance" have provided me with tools for life. My back and neck are the most comfortable they have been in years. I started with Tai Chi and discovered so much else to learn. In addition to Chi Kung, I'm enjoying kettlebell and a variety of strength training. My flexibility has tremendously improved, too. At times, it's been challenging, but I enjoy learning new things and feeling well. The quality of teaching is very high here. Bruno is very patient, humble, and knowledgable beyond his years. He is an exceptional teacher and the reason for my first yelp review. I've learned more from him in one year than the 20 years I invested in gym memberships. This is not an exaggeration. Other students have told me that Catherine is an excellent teacher, as well. If you enjoy learning new things and enjoy feeling well, give San Bao Center a try.
