I think this studio seems to be the one with the highest level of cleanliness and the showers don't look grungy. The shower curtains are also long enough to touch the floor so you're not stepping in a puddle after your shower! I took Robin's class at 3:30 and she put me to work! My traps and glutes are on fire. There is a great community, especially on Sundays, of regulars. The heat is fantastic and wrings you out like a towel. I only had the opportunity to take Niki's classes, but she is very knowledgable and a wonderful instructor. After a hot class, she gave us chilled jade eye masks that were utter bliss. Be aware she does offer hands on assists, but I love, but she does not ask for permission or comfort like some other teachers. Parking at the cinnamon's lot is convenient most of the time. She also provides mats if needed which was great since I didn't bring a mat with me on island. Will definitely be back anytime I am in Kailua!

I really appreciate that because one can get hurt if done incorrectly. I also love her soothing voice which is so relaxing. She really makes yoga enjoyable. After her class, I feel so rejuvenated and relaxed. All my tight muscles are stretched in a very gentle way. The only downside about Brigitte's class is that, it is crowded because she is so popular. I wish she would teach more Gentle yoga at the Pali studio. She teaches Gentle yoga there on Thursdays but at a rather inconvenient time slot, around noon. How about an 8:30 am class, Brigitte? Anyway, I would highly recommend Aloha yoga to anyone interested.

This studio is located in the Aikahi Park Shopping Center on the second floor above the Navy Federal Credit. There's tons of free parking- making it super stress free getting there. They even have a cute little courtyard - adding to the very relaxing vibe. They have on studio and the room is usually 100F+ but here's a pro tip: the spots towards the window aren't as hot as towards the wall on the opposite side. My fave spot is on the back left towards the window and door. Everyone, especially the teachers, but really everyone is so welcoming. I never felt judged at all. If you're curious about hot yoga / bikram yoga-- Bella Kai is a great studio to check out.
