The staff helped me build a structured treatment plan to initiate helpful growth, strength and a realistic recovery. Although the action is up to you, the therapists equip you with a foundation full Of resources to build upon. They work on your inner strengths and challenge your weaknesses. They offer constructive feedback and are quick to tell you what you need to hear - not what you want to hear. The staff overall truly have your best interest at heart and want to see you succeed. Illegally. Never got EMDR. Was told not to hug or text clients. Missed appointments due to mistakes in transportation. Almost no free time. And the entire program is based on AA. It is mandated if you live in their housing, not optional.

I was given a payment schedule that was adhered to for the first 5 weeks of my 8 week program. Every day I went in I was charged exactly what they told me. I believe I was on the first day of my sixth week and the rude girl behind the counter tell me I owe $81.06, the previous few weeks it was $33.34 and was supposed to continue to go down like it had been. I say "it's supposed to be $33.34 and she says I have a balance from yesterday. But yesterday I had paid in full so how could I have gotten a "balance due" overnight? I was very upset because they decided to change things and not have a conversation with me. Don't these ignorant people realize that they are dealing with incredibly depressed people? I mean Oh My God people get a freaking clue. Instead of the girl getting her boss, she tells me the amount again and since I had driven 25 minutes over there, I thought I would just stay. I paid the amount mentioned it to the lady performing my procedure and got nothing there either. No, lets go talk to the billing office and see what happened. We don't want to upset you. They just plain out did not give a s*it. I told them that was my last day and they could not have cared less. I am ridiculously upset over how this medical office has handled everything. Then I get a call last week telling me I owe another $47.71 because of yet another previous balance, (I feel like at this point they are just making s*it up). My god these people don't know their head from their *as. They don't seem to communicate with each other either. Now a few more weeks have gone by so I call them to see if they have anything to say about it and they just blame it on my insurance and that the pricing they provided me was "just an estimate." You folks need to get a clue because you are dealing with severely depressed people and are going to be in a lot of trouble if someone hurts themselves because you couldn't communicate correctly or at all. Next, but not least, day one I was given a form to sign stating that I had spoken with a doctor who has answered all my questions. I told the girl that I did NOT speak with any doctor. She basically made me sign the document, which was a lie because I didn't see or speak with any doctor. These guys should honestly be put out of business because of the type of care their supposed to be providing (mental health) but they don't provide much of that support. And lastly, when you call there, nobody ever answers the damn*d phone. AGAIN, your dealing with people who have mental health issues, get a freaking clue!! Out of the last 11 clinics I've been too, this one had the Fastest and easiest intake. Dr. Vickie is the sweetest doctor and really cares to make sure you are getting better and she even goes out of her way to prescribe other medications if need be. Also the front desk reception and dosing nurse, Tiffany is one of the nicest and sweetest nurse I've had out of all the clinics I've been too. The counselors/therapists are cool too. I'm glad I found a clinic I feel I will finally get better at. God bless this place.

I've been a patient for years and now I'm told my BCBS of California is a problem. The issue???…read moreI've NEVER had BCBS of CA. When I stated that I've never had that provider, I was told it's MY responsibility to make sure the insurance is correct. Which would be fine if there was an online portal where I can verify this before the appointment. There isn't. The medical "assistant" called me 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start and then proceeded to blame ME for their failures to confirm insurance BEFORE their call. I pointed out that the call center agent who scheduled the appointment should have confirmed the details. I was told that I SHOULD HAVE. How would I know? What details did I have access to? KEEP IN MIND, only a few days ago I received a letter saying that I have been overpaying for the last five years. She said she was "sorry" but it's my fault. WTF? She said if I cursed at her she was going to hang up. Sure, fine, then fix it it. They won't. I still haven't heard back. I pointed out it was now after 5 PM and that there was no way they were resolving this today. She again proceeded to say she has "apologized" for the failure, but it was still my fault. I have lots of specialists I deal with. My favourites are the ones that call insurance and confirm my costs. They then call me a few days in advance, confirm I have gotten the online appt info, let me know what my payment after deductible and will be and confirm the payment method. This is not a patient error, this is a failure of a practice with a call center, EMRs, medical assistants, etc. to do the most basic things when it comes to insurance. I literally should have know when Dr Reddy failed to show up for our first appt in 2017 and his partner took his place and that pattern has since continued, that partner has since left the practice, I should have known it wasn't going well. I should have followed the former partner to a new practice. Dr Reddy is making money and doesn't give a rats ass about actually managing his practice. Duck off (the spell check version) I'll find someone else. "Sincerely, Patient of 5 years" ETA: I've gotten a call from the "MA" and they can't verify my insurance, which is apparently still my fault.
