I feel like they've given me my life back. Nicole helped me a great deal with planning for the future. I came in homeless and totally unfamiliar with Phoenix and this part of the country and they've set me up to the point where I now have housing and a job three months later, as well as a great support system for when I get out.

She hung up because I wasn't giving her my personal information. I called to ask questions about her felicity but once they noticed that I would not give my personal info she immediately hung up. I called back saying I would leave a bad review, then she was trying to be nice and twisted everything I said. If you call be ready to make an appointment, for questions don't bother calling.
