Now, a few weeks later, we come back for our appointment and the forms she filled out are gone. They think they were shredded. Why would they ask her to spend her time to fill them out if they were just going to throw them away? And then now, as she's filling out the forms on the iPad "kiosk", she stops to look up some of the information they're asking for and the device logs her off, erasing everything that she's entered up to that point. And the staff can't help because the device didn't save anything, so they ask her to fill it all out AGAIN. Now, things happen, and how the staff deals with customers goes a long way to how the patients react to these things. The staff here is very rude. Even when they apologize, you can hear the disdain in their voice. If you don't want to work here, then don't. But don't take it out on the patients. That's not a way to stay in business.

It was quiet thank goodness, I was received cheerfully and admitted right away, I asked each caretaker their name but have forgotten some, The admitting nurse was amazing and kind, I remember she had dark hair and nice lashes and a cool script tat on her left arm. My attending nurse, Judith, (same name as my mom's, irony) was fantastic, calm, kind, nurturing. She took fantastic care of me and did not treat me like I was a hindrance. I want to say, Emily?, she took me to xray and was great and we had a nice chat about water shoes, Ecuador and earthing, there was another who did the administrative (long black hair and pretty eyes, she was cool too. I remember she had cool flower tats on her arm. Even the security guard at the entrance was super cool. The attending dr, was nice, kind and had a great bedside manner, not something I am used to from er drs. Ooh there was also a nice nurse who did my ekg. Overall despite being there under scary-ish circumstances w/super hi bp from crazy hip/back pain and stress, they made me feel welcome and cared for. The whole facility was nice, clean and modern. Every care worker in the halls, while i was being moved around was kind. It was a nice calming energy for a place that see lots of trauma and stress. So yes this is the first time I am giving 5 stars not only to TGH but an er. I am grateful for how kind and respectful the entire staff was to me yesterday, New Year's eve, when everyone should be allowed to rest w/fam & friends and bring in the new year with joy. Thank you. I am writing this to warn others about the deceptive billing and poor management at this clinic. I…read morescheduled an appointment specifically for a vaccine and confirmed it in advance. Despite this, the clinic failed to inform me that the vaccine was unavailable at this location. I only found out after showing up and going through the intake process. They then directed me to another branch of their hospital to actually get the shot. The most outrageous part? I received a $448 bill for a 'General Yearly Visit' at this first location--a service I never requested and that effectively never happened. They even falsified my Electronic Medical Record (EMR) by claiming they provided 'screenings and education,' which is a complete lie. No services were rendered; I was simply told to go elsewhere because they weren't prepared for my scheduled appointment. I have already paid for the vaccine itself at the second location, but I refuse to pay $448 for their failure to communicate and for medical records they fabricated to justify a charge. Dealing with the clinic manager has been a waste of time as they refuse to take responsibility for this billing fraud. If you value your time and your money, stay away from this place. I will be filing official complaints with the Florida Department of Health and the BBB.

Please go with your gut feeling and never let any doctor make you feel like you need to calm down or your overacting when comes to your health. I am currently with a different PCP but ended up having the 3.4cm lump excised. It was a metastatic lymph node. I am currently receiving 7 rounds of chemotherapy and 35 rounds of radiation.
