This place is a coffee shop where they're selling snowcubes which are hard to describe. It's tasted like nougat but not as sweet. I received a box of the classic (crackers, dried cranberries, pistachio, marshmallow) and strawberry matcha (crackers, dried strawberries, ceremonial grade matcha, pistachio, marshmallow) flavors. I've tried both flavors and they're both delicious. I prefer matcha since I do like matcha in general. I do like how they're homemade and not too sweet. They're softer than nougat on the outside but the layers on the inside were crunchier from the pistachios/crackers. The handwritten card from the owner Leo was very cute. I can't wait to try the fall flavors! Thanks Morlene and Leo for the sweet snacks!
9 min walk from the 3 to Bergen I made my way to Everyman Expresso. It's a cute shop with a limited seating area in the front. Upon walking in, I noticed the menu. There's lots of options for coffee and tea, but it's not overwhelming. Inside, I liked that retro looking cooler and the wallpaper behind the register reminisce of the 60s; they're very cool. It's also very warm and cozy. In my bag, I received the strawberry matcha snowcube small box with four pieces and the classic medium box with nine pieces. There's a cute postcard inside as well. Both of the flavors taste pretty good. The small square pieces make it easy to dip in a latte, which I would do to experiment on how it would taste. If you're ever in the area, I would definitively recommend trying them out.
Wow! The employee was so chill. I had no idea what to expect or even form a judgement, so they were great at explaining things. The snowcubes are great - like a mixture of biscotti and cake. You don't get overpowered from any one single flavor, you taste them all. I would order them for family events. We had espresso too. In particular we had an espresso spritz. Loved it. We took the employee's advice and let it sit for a couple of minutes before drinking it; smart idea, the acidity and bitterness meshed perfectly. I appreciate the opportunity.
I'm so excited to have gotten into this event! I have tried similar treats to these snow cubes and never knew what they were called! To be able to experience my very own ones was such a treat! Went today and the Everyman Espresso is an adorable little coffee shop and I wish I drank coffee lol they did have other things like tea and hot chocolate, but I was so hot and sweaty that I couldn't see myself drinking any of those so I didn't get a chance to buy anything during this visit. The snow cubes were already packed in a little paper bag and adorably labeled so pickup was easy and quick. We got a medium size box of the original flavor and a small box of the matcha strawberry :) they were so good! Definitely a fan and want to see where I can pick them up next :) I love the texture and it makes me feel like it's an Asian version of rice crispy treats :) Thanks so much again to Snowcubes for the yummy treats, Everyman Espresso for hosting and, of course our awesome CM, Morlene for yet another awesome event! I heart Yelp! =)
This was a super unique experience! As I sit here, trying to explain what Snow Cubes are, I am befuddled by how to explain them. Every Man Espresso is conveniently located in a bustling section of Park Slope and I stopped in on a quiet Wednesday afternoon. There was only one couple ahead of me in line, chatting with the very friendly barista. I ordered a vanilla latte with almond milk, and was graciously offered a 15% discount because of the Yelp event. It was well crafted but as a former barista, I'm quite picky and was reminded why I didn't frequent Every Man's Manhattan location when I lived nearby, as I find the espresso to be a little too acidic for my taste. But that's just what happens when you're a coffee snob ;) The barista presented me with the cutest little goodie bag that included a small (4 pieces) and large (9 pieces) box of SnowCubes in the classic and matcha flavored. I loved the packaging! The cubes are both chewy and powdery, with the crunchier bits having a taste and texture reminiscent of rice cakes. I didn't love the flavor of the original and found the matcha to be similarly bland. Their "not too sweet" tagline is definitely accurate, as these felt closer to an unsweetened granola bar than a desert. But I can definitely see how they'd be easy to snack on! Thank you Yelp Brooklyn, Everyman, and Showcubes for setting this up!
I was very intrigued by this, I have never heard of a snow cube, didn't know what it was, and even after looking at them and examining them, took a bit to really understand it. First off, the place is quite nice, staff extremely friendly, and clean. Walked in, was given the bag of goodies, and went on my merry way back home. Got home, snapped a photo, read the card, and then read about them. Tasted them, and, they just aren't my jam. The strawberry matcha ones just didn't hit me well, I got almost no strawberry. I liked the classic much more. As these weren't my jam, I brought them to a friend get together the next day to share, and they were consumed very quickly. One friend asked where to go as lives in Park Slope and will bring his kids there. So in the end, it worked out. Thank you for letting me try this place, 100% would have never found it otherwise.
This was a cute coffee shop in park slope. We were gifted 2 boxes of snow cubes. They also had some as samples. The sample was strawberry and it was sooo good. I tried one of the originals and it was good. I love rice krispy treats so this was right up my alley. Sweet, but not too sweet. The nuts and chocolate were such a nice surprise. I didn't try the matcha ones just yet. But I'm excited to try them when i come back from my mini vacation. Thank You, Morlene and Yelp Brooklyn for hooking me up! This was the perfect sweet treat. This is a cozy coffee and tea shop conveniently located on 5th avenue in park slope. Very clean and inviting shop. Only 2 seats available to sit, in the front of the store. Not a sit in environment for large parties. The gentleman making drinks was very pleasant, as soon as he finished with the customer before me, he went and grabbed my yummy snow cubes. I also ordered a Vietnamese latte, espresso with coconut condensed milk, chicory tea and milk. I really enjoyed it, would order an extra espresso shot next time. My cousin had the hearty tea, which she said was very refreshing. Tasted the matcha and strawberry snow cubes and while I do not like matcha, I thought it was delicious, balanced flavor. Sampled the classic snow cube which was also very good, my son thoroughly enjoyed them as well. They also offer a variety of pastries, will give a try next time. Would visit again! What a lovely Yelp event! Thanks Morlene & Everyman Espresso/Snowcube for this fun and casual event. I came on a rainy morning to grab the Snowcubes and got a cup of warm citrus coffee. They have samples of the Oreo & Cherry Snowcube. They were so good I had to get 4 more packs before leaving. They didn't have the match strawberry available for purchase but I'm excited to try it from the sample packs we got from Yelp. Staffs are super friendly here. The coffee shop is small but feels very cozy with the bulletin boards for local ads and the cow wall drawings. Happy to have discovered two amazing local business through this event. Will definitely continue to support both business.
I picked up these snow cubes bites on the last day. The cashier/barista informed me that there were a lot of Yelp Elites dropped by on Sunday. I informed him that I almost forgot to pick these items up. Moreover, we are penalized by our community organizer if we didn't. It is understandable since these events have a waitlist. Anyway, the "snow cubes" came in two flavors, classic and strawberry matcha. Of course, I like the latter more because I love anything that has matcha flavor. I enjoyed these bites with my afternoon tea. Thank you so much to Morlene C for organizing this event. Also, thanks to the founder of Snowcubes for these goodies. Last but not least, thanks to the owner of Everyday Espresso for opening your cafe; thus, we can pick up these delicious bites.
We were greeted by two super friendly staff. I was given a bag with two boxes of different flavored snowcubes. The texture was described as a cross between Rice Krispies and biscotti. I'm not sure if I agree but I can't really describe it in my own words. They were unique and not too sweet, which is always a plus in my book. I liked that they also have samples of different flavors to try. We liked the Oreo one! Since we trekked over a mile in humidity to this event, we rewarded ourselves with some cold beverages. The yuzu matcha spritz was already sold out at 2pm so I opted for the matcha latte and my partner got an iced coffee. Thank you for organizing this event and supporting a lovely couple! Made it on a rainy day to pick up these goodies! Did not get a chance to try anything from the bakery itself but the shop itself was very nice and clean. The space itself is a little small so it's definitely a grab and go spot but will come back to try their spritz drinks! Onto the snow cubes- I honestly did not know what to expect from these little cube shaped snacks but it was much lighter than what it looks. Less sweet than what I expected and overall it was a pleasant surprise. I think I prefer the original over the matcha as I feel like the matcha flavor doesn't come through whereas the original tasted just perfect!
Picked up my a large box of original snow cubes and small box of matcha strawberry snow cubes just in time for a get together with a friend visiting from abroad and it was a huge hit! My friend was just going to try one but reached for the other box after taking a bite of one. It wasn't sweet which is great and there was a sweet personalized note included! I also got a yuzu matcha spritz which was good and the friendly employee recognized giving me the 15% off without prompting. Also it was great that they had samples of the last flavor to try. What a cool experience! The Staff were friendly and I had no issues picking up my snow cubes. I did take advantage of the discount and get a matcha yuzu spritzer that was perfect for the hot day! I was able to sit and enjoy it inside the cafe. I would say the snow cubes are similar in taste to a rice krispy treat but more fresh and light flavor wise. I enjoyed the textures and the bite sized pieces. I even let my parents try some and they enjoyed it! read more

I was so excited to try snowcubes-- as a lover of Taiwanese snacks, I had never heard of these little sweet treats but now that I have tried them, I am obsessed. I brought them along on a little road trip and they were very highly received. Among the praises included "it tastes like an airy Rice Krispies treat," "crumbly but sticky and sweet from the marshmallow," and perhaps most importantly "sweet, but not too sweet." These snowcubes are reminiscent of nougat with the nuts and a Rice Krispy treat with the marshmallow, but with the softness and chew of a sachima. It's nothing like I've ever tried before, and I am hooked! Thank you to Morlene and the staff of Snowcubes and Everyman Espresso for organizing this Community Experience! Got a large original flavor and small strawberry matcha flavored snow cubes. They were both delicious. Not too sweet but tasty enough to make me keep on wanting more. There was a cute post card inside the bag as well. Loved the cafe location too. The staff was very friendly and location is great for studying or hanging out. read more
I went on the penultimate day when my plans suddenly changed. So I was glad I could get a treat and have my Yelp experience while I was out. The place was lively in the early afternoon, but the barista (or maybe the owner?) moved his things so I could sit at the counter while I thought about what extra to order. It was pretty warm outside so I would have liked a cold drink but it seemed like the person behind the counter said they only had tea and coffee. I noticed the drinks on ice in a cooler on the way out. Oh well. Instead, I picked the Cherry Oreo Snowcubes. Out of the three flavors, my favourite hands down was the strawberry matcha Snow Cubes. You could really taste the strawberry! I was sorry I'd shared those! The pistachio flavour in the other gifted box was a little too strong for me. The Oreo ones were pretty good but didn't have the same pop as the strawberry or enough cherry tartness. Thanks for the opportunity to try Snow Cubes: hadn't had Taiwanese sweets before. I was immediately intrigued when I saw the name Snow Cubes! Never heard of them before this but was super curious. I typically love Taiwanese treats so I was eager to try. Stopped in on a rainy Wednesday morning. The barista was warm and friendly. I decided to also try some drinks so I could get a clearer sense of Everyman Espresso! We tried the matcha yuzu spritz and the Vietnamese latte (iced). The spritz was so so tasty! Refreshing, bubbly and not too sweet. The Vietnamese latte was yummy - a little on the milder side than what I'm used to with a Vietnamese coffee. But tasty nonetheless the less!! Now to the snow cubes! What the heck are these tasty little gems?! Part cracker, part... chewy sweet?! They're perfectly salty and sweet. My partner preferred the strawberry matcha while I preferred the classic. When she popped the strawberry matcha cube into her mouth, she nodded her head and said, "oh yeah... 10 out of 10" which is NOT common for her! She immediately said she wanted to go back to try more flavors. If you're in the area and want to try a fun treat, definitely recommend stopping by! read more

What a treat! Finally got to visit this fine establishment. I've never had these snow cubes and I was so pleasantly surprised that they were not too sweet. Even my husband who usually says no to treats basically stashed a bunch because these were so spectacular. The space is lovely and staff are friendly. I snagged myself a Vietnamese latte and definitely felt like a throwback to being in Hanoi. Can't wait to come back to try their spritzes as well! read more
Cute little coffee shop with a small area to sit and enjoy your coffee and treat. Never had one of these before so was very excited to try some. The regular snow cube tasted delicious but the strawberry matcha was hands down my favorite! To my surprise I was expecting it to be sweeter than it actually was. Not one, but two boxes of snowcubes to try! They had samples by the cashier but I was too shy to try. Luckily, this Yelp Experience still gave me the opportunity to see what Snowcubes is all about. They already had the snowcubes packed into a bag so it was super fast. The snowcubes came in 2 flavors: original and matcha & strawberry. You actually see the fruit inside and the texture was very interesting. It was similar to a nougat but more flaky. The flavors weren't overwhelming or too sweet, which is good for those conscious of that. read more
Thanks to this event, I revisited Everyman Espresso to pick up my snow cubes on an early morning. That's when I found out that they serve a Vietnamese latte. I had to try it, iced. It was smooth, creamy, and well balanced. The place was quiet at this time of the morning, so I was able to quickly pick up my two boxes of snow cubes, one small of four (strawberry matcha) and one large of nine (classic). These snow cubes were as delicious as they looked, a balance of nutty and chewy with every bite. What I loved was that these snow cubes are not overly sweet, especially the strawberry matcha ones. I LOVE these snow cubes! They're like delicious-er versions of sachima, which I looooooove. These snow cubes are soft yet crunchy, sweet with a hint of salt and great flavor combinations. I like the matcha strawberry one more just because I like strawberry. Both flavors are great! The question now is, how many calories did I just eat and will continue to eat?! read more
It's not often that you see establishments offer a different or unique item, and when they do, it can sometime be novel but not tasty. The snow cubes were not only unique - I don't think I've had anything like this before, but it was also really tasty! It wasn't too sweet and it was loaded with different textures! To top it off, the customer service was great! The barista was really friendly. I ordered the Vietnamese latte on their recommendation and it was tasty. This was such an awesome Elite perk. Special thanks to Yelp CM Morlene and Everyman Espresso Cafe for this nice treat. Snow cubes are these healthy delicious square nougats, packed with dried fruits and nuts. With the right balance of chewy sweetness these squares makes for a great snack. The personalize postcard from the bag gave this perk a nice touch. Counter person was personable and quickly check me in for the Yelp perk goodie bag. Unfortunately, they didn't have any left the day I originally went, so I was given a four-pack of Cherry Oreo snowcubes for the inconvenience and offered free local delivery to get what I was supposed to. I declined the delivery and decided to come back the next day instead. The guy was really nice and so apologetic. After having the Cherry Oreo cubes, I totally understood why there weren't any left! They were delicious!! I returned the following evening to pick up my bag of snow cubes & enjoyed each & every one of them. The strawberry matcha was my second favorite after the cherry Oreo. A must try! read more
What a nice experience. Thank you so much to the Brooklyn manager, for involving me in this great Yelp experience. The customer service was STELLAR. It's a super cute and clean coffee shop with lots of drinks and sweet treat varieties. They also have a small space , to sit and enjoy a drink in the front of the shop. The smell of the coffee hits you as soon as you enter , which was heavenly lol. I'm so appreciative, and loved the thank you letter in the goodies bag from snow cubes. I can't wait to try their fall flavors . The snow cubes were a sweet treat that I enjoyed with my coffee, and I will have some more later with my tea. CANT WAIT! read more
Wow these are delicious!! Like YUMMY! I've never heard of a snow cube but I'm always willing to try new things. Took the bus to the shop no issues finding it. Space is very cozy and welcoming. Stopped into Everyman Espresso around 5:00 PM on Saturday. Took a moment to find it because it's a small storefront behind a tree, but if you find the pharmacy on the corner, it's right next-door. It's got a clean diner vibe with pretty pastel tiles and round swivel bar stools along a low bar. I ordered a Sugarcane Decaf espresso and took a seat. The barista was so kind. And after watching him play with a baby, and making that baby laugh adorably, I decided to soak in the good feels here instead of taking my coffee to go. My espresso arrived a few minutes later, hot and in a tiny cup on a scalloped saucer. For a decaf, it was surprisingly flavorful. The coffee package on sale upfront for $23 says it has beans from Columbia with notes of "caramel & milk chocolate". I can vouch for that. There were samples of Cherry Oreo Snow Cubes on the counter. I tried one while I waited for some other customers to be helped. They were so good! Light and crispy with a touch of tartness and creamy marshmallow. I'd compare them to grown-up gourmet rice crispy treats, except these have crackers instead of puffed rice. I was given my Yelp goodie bag, and it had a box of the Classic Snow Cubes with pistachio and cranberries. Also, a small box of dried strawberry Matcha Snow Cubes. All three were great, and paired perfectly with my coffee, but I loved the Matcha strawberry version best. I'm definitely in a Matcha phase. The snow cube creators also added a handwritten postcard which was a heartfelt touch. This is a lovely shop, with tasty coffee and good people stopping by. I would happily come back. Thank you Snowcubes for this experience. The owner was very friendly and explained that this is run by his wife and him. Due to having so much elites on Sunday, they ran out of boxes on Monday when I tried to pick it up. He still tried to make it right by offering to deliver to me later in the day but unfortunately I wasn't in the area. I'm glad to be able to sample their product - he gave me a cherry Oreo to try. I like the concept that it's flavored rice crispy and feels like a healthy snack. Tuck away in the back and partnering with a coffee shop is a brilliant idea as many folks at park slope loves a cozy shop with good coffee and a snack. read more

I stopped by here on a weekday afternoon. There were a few people enjoying their coffee at the counter. The staff member working that day greeted me with a nice big smile and was so welcoming! I wasn't sure what to expect with the snowcube since I've never had it before, but now I can say I like it! It's super soft and airy, sweet but not too sweet, just the perfect level of sweetness. It reminds me of the cornflake cookies my mom makes. I think I like the original better since the matcha flavor was very faint in the matcha one. But still liked it! Everyman Espresso is a coffee shop with cute decor and a community feel. The barista was very friendly and recommended the Vietnamese Latte and Espresso Spritz and described each when I asked for cold drink recommendations. I decided to try the Vietnamese latte and it was tasty and refreshing, pairing well with the Snowcubes. The snowcube was a very unique and delicious treat. It's not too sweet, but it is very satisfying both in flavor and mouthfeel. I can't wait to eat the rest of my boxes and get more in the future! CUTE! Experience was great picking up these snow cubes @ Everyman Espresso. I can't describe the taste but they are yummy. Definitely resembles a nougat but better tasting and less sweet. They are light and airy too. Just great! I tried the original and the strawberry match - both had great flavor. These seem like a hidden little NYC secret. read more
This is a nice cute coffee shop in Park Slope. Much thanks to Morlene and Yelp for this wonderful perk. I was greeted by a man in the coffee shop and he offered me the brown paper bag of snow cubes. He also asked me if I wanted to get anything else. I didn't really want anything so I got the snow cubes and saw that there were the Classic Snowflake Crisps and Strawberry Matcha Snowflake Crisps. There were 4 matcha ones and they were really chewy. I could taste the strawberries and the marshmallow really well. They kind of stuck to my teeth but it wasn't that bad. The Classic cubes had cranberries that stood out. Too powdery in my opinion and very sticky. It's nice to enjoy at least one cube a day, not to eat everything all at once. read more
Snow cubes are so good! They're like a rice crispy treat with more toppings mixed in and not quite as sweet. The coffee shop here was also so cute. The staff was super nice and were very helpful and quick to give me my snow cubes. I ended up sharing my snow cubes at a dinner party and everyone there was a fan! I would come back again to pick up snow cubes for a group event! read more
