The Caramel Cowboy is sweet but not overwhelmingly so, while the Lone Ranger is perfect for coffee lovers who want something more than just a black coffee. The seasonal menu makes it fun to always have a chance to try something new too. They also have a bunch of pastries to choose from, which they can heat up for you. The cinnamon roll was good. With their stamp card, every 10th coffee is free! They also have an app with rewards. The inside has lots of different seating options including high tables and chairs, regular tables, sofas, coffee tables, and extra comfy lounge chairs. There is a smaller room with a pretty tile floor and cozy seats to catchup with friends, and the larger main room with everything else feels very open. The outside seating is cute, it's just generally hot in Texas so inside is better. The inside also has a mini fresh flowers shop where you can purchase premade bouquets or select your own stems.

I LOVE this café!!…read more Former coffee shop and specialty tea shop barista here! I've only just discovered The Honey Bean a couple of months ago, but it's become one of my favorite cafés! It is so spacious and cozy here, and I adore the fact that it also doubles as a flower shop. There's ample seating to relax or catch up with friends over a cup of coffee, the big windows let in a bunch of sunlight, and the plants and beautiful flowers keep the air feeling fresh! I've been a big fan of their Honey Matcha Latte and while I want to branch out and try other drinks, this one is too perfect. It felt wrong to go to The Honey Bean and not try a drink featuring their honey, and I honestly don't think I want to use any other sweetener. No notes on the matcha, it's smooth, rich, and made excellently every time, but the honey just makes it even better. The floral notes seem to make the honey even sweeter and adds a lovely fragrance to the matcha without drowning out the matcha's natural flavor. It's the perfect drink to have while sitting amongst such pretty flowers. I haven't had many of their pastries, but I can say that their Bacon, Tomato, and Spinach Quiche is really tasty! While I'm sad that I didn't learn of this place sooner, I'm excited to return often to make up for lost time. I cannot recommend this café enough!

This place is hilarious…read more It's situated in a little food truck park down on the south side. It's normally way out of my way but I had to drive down there every day for a week recently, and I was looking for coffee to pick up in the area. Solely on the name alone, I figured I had to try it. The names of everything are amazing, too. We tried the Banana Cum Pie and the Brown Sugar Daddy. The owner took our order and recommended modifications (slightly less sweet). Everything was delicious; they weren't your standard coffee milkshakes from the name brand places, you could get the flavors on the menu and actual solid espresso besides. If I'm ever down this way in the future, I'll definitely be making another stop at the Caffeine Hoe

The person taking my order (Daddy) was super nice and friendly--he made an effort to chat and make the experience feel personal, which I appreciated. I ordered the Dirty Daddy Banana with an extra shot and a Basic Daddy, both at regular sweetness. The Basic Daddy was definitely my favorite--simple, smooth, and really well balanced. I'll absolutely be back for that one. The banana drink had a nice flavor that wasn't overpowering, which I liked, but it was a bit too sweet for me. I'd try it again but ask for it semi-sweet next time. The only downside was the wait time--it took about 13 minutes to get just two drinks, which felt a little long. That said, it's only their second day, so I'm hoping it's just growing pains and things will get quicker as they settle in. Parking was free and plentiful during my visit, but the frutería next door was closed--so that may change once everything is fully open. Overall, a solid first visit with lots of potential. Looking forward to coming back!

I didn't see it this before but they have a combo special for a croffle and a milk tea for 10 bucks which is such a good deal! Will be back because it's a very good location. I picked Drippys Coffee on a whim, since I'm on a quest to try and rate every cortado in the city. I came at a good time, as a line started to form after I placed my order. The folks running the trailer were really nice, and when I ordered my earl grey tea, I asked them what they thought would be a good flavor addition. (He said vanilla syrup for a touch of sweetness, and I think they also added extra earl grey syrup, which they make themselves!) And you know what? It tasted exactly like fruity pebbles! Weird, but cool! I also ordered the cortado, and it came in a tiny cup. Adorable. It was delicious and was just the right viscosity, not watery. It was the definition of Tiny but Mighty. The public seating area allowed me to sit and enjoy the scenery, and watch the patrons with their dogs come and go. A very peaceful visit.

The moment we walked in we were greeted immediately and the lady really went into the menu for us. She was very knowledgeable and can tell she enjoys what she does and the drinks she made. She said she can make any of the drinks how we want (less sweet or more, any type of milk, etc). I loved her energy and I had fun small talk with the other person working there too. Great staff for sure. They have alot of fun drinks but ended up ordering ube matcha. Loved the look and colors of the drink off the bat. The taste itself was very sweet (reminded me of a cereal I had when younger; maybe apple jacks). I really did like it but was a bit sweet for me. I would definitely come back here soon to try another drink and maybe a muffin.

It's a coffee truck located on the corner of an intersection, sharing a parking lot with a frutería. I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon around 3 p.m., and the parking lot was packed, so be prepared to circle a bit if you're driving. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient, and the menu had plenty of fun drink options. I ordered the **Cinna Balls (semi-sweet)**, and it was exactly what I was hoping for. The cinnamon flavor came through without overpowering the coffee, so I could actually taste the espresso instead of drinking what felt like melted dessert. One of my favorite touches was the cup itself. It's sturdy, reusable, and even comes with a little stopper for the straw opening, making it perfect to reuse later without worrying about spills. Such a thoughtful detail! They also lean into their playful branding with some hilariously inappropriate straws that definitely gave everyone a laugh. Another thing that stood out was something I've honestly never seen at a coffee shop before--they've posted community resources on the truck, including information on where to access condoms, Plan B, and other helpful services. Whether or not you need them, it's a unique way to support the community and shows they care about more than just serving coffee. Between the fun atmosphere, thoughtful details, friendly service, and genuinely delicious coffee, Caffeine Daddy is a spot that's worth checking out. Just bring a little patience for the parking--it'll be worth it.
