And just like his previous work, he was quick to communicate, and shot us a text to let us know he was inbound and arrived at the appointed time. He did an outstanding job at very reasonable pricing. Alex was very meticulous in his work and prior to leaving he did a good job in cleaning up. He showed us the multiple positions in how the TV can be viewed. As a plus, He did a real nice job covering cables from view. Just a great guy who is proud of his work (and should be). If the need were to present itself, I'll be calling on Alex! If you like slow service as the employees spend too much time talking personal with customers. Conversations that have nothing to do with phones or service. That can't even work and socialize at the same time as eye contact is important. They are doing this right in front of you as you wait. This is the place for you. If want to stand there for 10 minutes as they wont recognize you. This is your place. If you want to watch people walk out for wait and frustration this is the place for you. I needed something pretty simple turns out. I bought a new phone from apple but didn't have a phone line yet, plus if you buy from apple you don't have to worry about jail breaking or waiting for a year or more to go buy before charging carriers... (This is big as I am SO lucky I can change carriers anytime and don't owe a tone of money on phone forcing you to stay). Apple stated T Mobile should be able to help do it. On top both devices are t mobile. Work cell and personal cell but two different iCloud's. I finally get an assistant to help me. Picture a man helping you sloppy dressed wearing a sport team jersey oversized baggy pants and a ball cap. I didn't realize he even worked there for thirty minutes. Proper attire if East LA. He stated unless it is the same iCloud you must use a desktop. I told him I did it before with other carriers in past. He stated that is the only way T-Mobile is trained and their guide shows. When I told him I didn't think it was correct the other rep didn't correct him but silence was concurrence. Apple Store in 30 minute drive. I went into their competitor next door and not only did they know how to do it they moved everything on the phone I wanted but did it in minutes. I am not sure if all locations in Jax are like this BUT stay away unless board any want to watch dysfunctional. The ones really to blame is store manager and District Manager. T-mobile for not ensure training is completed or updating manuals on the basics of phone transition. Visit was at 6:30pm 4/1/26

I was very well taken care of by a young lady named Victoria and I plan to return when I have everything together and I'm ready to switch. I was very happy with the customer service received. T-Mobile is very competitive with their pricing and currently have some great offers for new customers looking to start a line. They are merging with Sprint and have great coverage in Jacksonville with plenty of towers. Right now you can switch and get a FREE iPhone but I'm not sure if I will use this offer or not.... They also allow you to switch and keep your current phone and phone number. I will update this review in the future if I decide to switch. Thanks goes to Victoria for being very helpful and explaining everything to me in great detail.

I'm an artist, and I dress the part, I look half vagabond, half homeless; paint all over my clothes, unkempt hair and Crocs. You can imagine it. Richard didn't flinch, he greeted me with a smile and asked me how I'd heard about the place. He admitted that the large format scanner was a new purchase for their business and that he was still learning how to use it. I was picking up what he was throwing down, he motioned for me to accompany him behind the scenes to see the machine and how he had to feed my large illustration into the scanner. I'd never seen a scanner like this one, saves on space, but I'm sure there is a limit to the thickness of what you can scan. While the image was scanning and touching on the fact that I am an artist, Richard pointed to the rear of the business and said there was art on the walls. he had some work by an artist that he seemed to know personally. The work was of the highest caliber, and I'll be the first to say that I thought these illustrations were photographs. This gave me a chance to see the rest of their setup, a seguay into the back area where a cluster of desks was housed, with employees working on various tasks. It gave me reason to ask what other services they offered, to which Richard informed me that Geer Services builds websites in addition to providing an array of printing services. They didn't have a price schedule in play for large format scans yet as they were still breaking in the scanner, so he gave me the scan, which was saved to my flash drive (don't forget to bring a flash drive for large files like that!), at an obscenely low rate. Hats off to this family owned and operated local business, which at the time of this review has been in the building for over eight years. I will definitely give them my repeat business.
