Took my car in early morning Saturday and let them know of my conundrum. Our service manager was Brandon H. and he really took care of us. He quickly diagnosed the problem and worked with the technician to get us repaired immediately, despite not having an appointment. We were in crisis mode and the folks at Mac could have taken full advantage of the situation. They did not, they were beyond accommodating and beyond fair in what they charged for the repair. I was truly humbled by their humanity in dealing with our situation. We are forever grateful. The mechanic, Ben, fixed the problem properly and we were able to trek the 4 hour drive home without incident. Brandon and Ben are a reminder that there are still good, decent, people out there doing business. I will absolutely recommend Mac's Auto Center to anyone that is willing to listen.

He expertly loaded the trailer onto the back of their flatbed truck. It was not an easy feat considering half the trailer was almost on the ground and wouldn't roll. About half way through a car swerved onto the shoulder and came within literal inches of killing him and destroying my trailer and his truck. It was terrifying -Richard actually had to jump onto the flatbed to avoid being killed. Nevertheless, Richard loaded it like a total pro and most importantly - what I can't emphasize enough - he cared for my trailer like it was his own. When you call for a tow truck driver, you could only hope to get someone as proficient and caring as Richard. Thank you so much. 5 stars.

The end result of that was my money being stolen and a broken tensioner that I just purchased. When Scotty and Jessica heard my circumstances of being left with no vehicle for 2 (LONG) weeks with 3 children they immediately, and so generously offered to help me. They wanted to make sure that one bad "mechanic" was not a representation of all mechanics. They went above and beyond to help me during this difficult time in my life. They were professional, communicable, fairly priced, and very timely. They care about the best interests of their customers and understand a Mom with no vehicle is a living nightmare . I highly recommend them. Thank you Coopers Garage for restoring my faith in mechanics. .
