I can't say he gets better over time... he was and is the best from the first time. He is consistent, he is on it the guy knows what he is doing. I don't wanna go but I know I have to keep all of my teeth and he will do his best to ensure I do. He is with you during the procedure, by that I mean he is doing the work but he feels you every step of the way and will take his time to make sure you feel no pain or the very least as is possible. The office is spotless and well decorated in a beachy atmosphere. So much awesome art...I take pictures and send then to my friends. Jeanette at the front desk is awesome and very helpful, The Assistants are PERFECT every time..TOP NOTCH the BEST. I think there needs to be a GOLD STAR rating on this app. Every thing about this practice speaks GOLD STAR to me.

This was the best dental experience I've ever had. I had a previous dentist mess up a root canal…read moreand even left a piece of something on my tooth. Another dentist fixed it and referred me to Dr. Harris to get my root canal checked out because she said she's not a specialist. Well it's the first time I had ever heard of an Endondist, but kudos to her for knowing it's outside of her scope. Anyway, I had major tooth pain I thought was coming from the root canal. Dr. Harris realized that my previous dentist put a filling so close to the root that it should have just been a root canal. Debbie the dental hygienist was so nice and helpful. They used equipment I had never seen at my other dentist office to avoid saliva and bacteria from going into the tooth area while they worked on it. Dr. Harris thoroughly explained my x Ray's to give me an understanding of what was going on. He was so knowledgeable. I've never had a dentist take the time to explain. I'm literally in the parking lot writing this review because that's how good I felt about the experience. I highly recommend Dr. Harris. Do not let a regular dentist give you a root canal. Come here even if you have to drive out of the way like I had to. It's worth the trip to feel confident the job was done properly.

He said that you could drive a truck through this infection whole i her jaw. Within days after her first root canal procedure, she was in level 8-10 pain 24 hours a day. Dr. Bagchandani does not believe in giving antibiotics or steroids unnecessarily and thought my daughter did not need them. He would not see my daughter over the weekend in unbearable pain and reluctantly gave her the one antibiotic and then switched it. Her jaw locked up. No amount or combination of painkillers could help her. Her pain was so pain she was throwing up the medications and this dentist was reluctant to give her Zophran. Her jaw locked up. This scenario went on for several visits for almost a month. Dr Bagchandani said that he didn't know how to help her but would not refer us to another doctor and didn't recommend the ER. The final straw was when he did not call us back at 4am when my daughter could not stand the pain any longer and we could not figure out how to find the correct entrance for the MCV ER. We called another dentist that night and he called back in 5 minutes and told us to come in immediately. The infection exploded in her mouth on our way. The new dentist was been able to solve the problem immediately and identify the problem. I'm sure Dr. Bhagchandani has done successful root canals on other people, but he told us many times that HE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO, yet would never refer us for any help. I would avoid this dentist at all costs. Negligent, dangerous.

My Dr was Amber Ather. He was Superfantastic. (I'm certain all the Physicians know their stuff) however for me what was especially comforting was Dr Ather's attention to detail - meaning how clearly he reviewed my intended procedure before we got started. He made me feel that this decision for the Root Canal was absolutely the correct course of action and had a terrific demeanor in explaining things in lay persons terms. I never heard another word until I received a PAST DUE notice in the mail, stating that I had been referred to collections! When I called the office, I was told that they were "sorry" but that Dr. Overstreet was aware of the problem, apparently lots of people call about this, but he refuses to do anything about it. I always pay my bills on time. The office should have told me that insurance did not pay. Instead they sent me a hostile, aggressive PAST DUE notice. Periodontal disease is already stressful, so I don't need a dentist that is unconcerned about adding to that. I have asked that my records be sent to Dr. Daniel Kelly in Charlottesville. I gave this office one star because there was no option for less.

Had a dental implant done here and when they removed my lower tooth the dentist hit my upper tooth…read more At the time I did not know the tooth was cracked, I was in a bit of pain from the lower tooth being extracted. After a few days I realized the tooth he hit was hurting so I made a few trips to my dentist and they sent me to the endodontist who concluded the tooth had a hairline fracture. I returned to Richardson, Overstreet, & Glazier, DDS to discuss it and he denied ever hitting the tooth and refused to acknowledged it happened. Also he told me to stop talking about it because he did not do it. That caught me off guard because he apologized to me the day he did it so I know he was aware how hard he hit my upper tooth. So I definitely do not recommend this place.
