I've rented a unit from them before and have no issues. I recommended my dad to rent a unit from them and everything went smoothly until I made ONE payment online. I have not ONE but TWO receipts from them stating that it was paid but yet they say it was a "returned payment". they have continued to tack on fee after fee with no solution to where the money went. I went from owing them 235.50 for one months rent to now 684.20 because of all of there fees. this is ridiculous. I have called to leave a comment several times and haven't heard anything back. do not rent a unit from this company. read more

Their website is very disappointing. It doesn't list the prices of their larger storage units. I was in the middle of moving (one of the most stressful events in a person's life) & didn't have the time to call and get the prices, then compare them all that way. I just went elsewhere. I gave them 3 stars, I wish I could give a review without having to give any stars. I don't don't want the stars to count against them or to give them extra credit they might not deserve. Scheduled to pick up a uhaul at 12. Show up at 12, they are at lunch. They only have 1 uhaul so I'm guessing I was their only appointment for today and they decided to be on lunch instead of wait until after my appointment. What a joke. read more

First off, I will start with a positive. Our unit is very full so I can't speak for what's in the back, but from what I can tell, there are no leaks. It seems very airtight. Now for the part that outweighs the rest...the price. It continues to climb in price in substantial amounts. Everything else in the economy is so overpriced, I can't understand why they keep raising their prices. It's not like their overhead is increasing that much. It's greed...pure and simple. Beware of signing on with this company with a really good price because they will soon raise the price. They offer no incentives for longtime customers ie: free month occasionally for good payment or after so many months/years, etc.... Basically just give a rip about your customers and not just your increasing bottom line! read more

Unprofessional & rude. You aren't informed that insurance is required until after you receive your first month's bill and an extra fee has been charged. Overpriced. Units leak. No one on premises at new location. read more

The best thing about Commerce storage is the people who operate it. Friendly, they treat you like a real person and not just another customer. Also, the facility is kept clean and there has never been a problem with rain water in my unit. They also seem to stay on top of critters that may want to get in and that's a BIG bonus. My storage needs are going to be temporary, but when I need it, I'll go here. read more
