They also make me feel safe here coming & going. If I email questions I get a very quick reply. I had a door issue they were quick to respond and address. I like the code to get in & out so I can come and go as I need to. I chose a non climate control unit, because I need drive up access. Otherwise I think I would suggest you get one with climate control for your own comfort if you will be in & out. Not an issue with the facility, just a suggestion in general. It is a little pricey, and you need to have insurance on your items. It was easier to just use theirs, so that is what I did, no issues thus far. A few things to note that I was not aware of- There is nowhere to toss regular trash, I have to take it with me. They have a dumpster you can use but there is a monthly fee and it wouldn't be worth it unless you had a lot of trash to dispose of each month and I do not. They did offer to assist if I had a box or something as a one off which was very nice of them. The other thing that surprised me was it costs more to have extended hours access. I do not recall how much it was because the regular access hours are early enough and late enough for my needs so I think you'd only need it if you come really early or return really late.

Everything was fine until I noticed rodent droppings outside every unit of the facility. I opened…read moreup my unit and there was a mouse infestation. They chewed through my storage items and ruined most of my items. There was no food in the unit or anything that might attract rodents. After speaking with the owner/manager, there was no apology. They just filled our tank right before an ice storm. We have a backup generator which uses a lot of propane when it's running, and we were afraid it would be running for days. They got to use before the storm hit and filled the tank. We didn't lose power, but were much more confident that we would be OK if we did. That's a pretty big deal if you're old. We also find the prices competitive, so are happy with them as well. Would absolutely recommend these folks.
