Do not rent from this place! I rented for a year and the security gate was broken for 8 or 9 months of that time! The last month the units were broken into and the owners didn't even contact the renters to let them know! I found out when I went over to get something! I've tried to contact them by phone and email since and they won't answer or respond to emails. Not to mention before this in March I called the guy to tell him April would be my last month and he told me to put my move out date on my account page which I did and they still charged my bank card for May even after all my stuff was out and the unit vacated.
