I shop here out of convenience because everything is overpriced and if it wasn't for coupons I go on down the street. Now they're not honoring my coupons anymore so what's the point? I live a couple blocks away but I'm retired and just can't afford the prices anymore so they can keep their useless coupons. I'm done shopping here. read more

We have been to this ACE Hardware several times. The recent visit was on Saturday July 27th 2013. We were there to check on stuffs especially about the Weber Grills. That morning, there are a couple of Weber Grill which are on offer but unfortunately they don't have what we are looking for. There are several staffs who ask us, periodically whether we need further assistance what nots. The items that Hubs need are somewhat cheaper at this Ace Hardware as compared to most of the Home Depot or Loews that we have been too. We may return when needed or especially in this neighborhood running errands. I like this little Ace store. Friendly staff and very convenient when I'm in the area and need a thing or two and do not want to drive to Thornton or back to Stapleton HD. Really this area could use a HD or Lowe's but this place will do for some items. Not a huge variety but one or two of the basics. Paint department here will make it ahead of time if you call and I also appreciate I can get car fob keys made here for $25 vs $145 the dealership wants to charge. Only downside is the store can get trashed pretty quickly and they don't always have the staff to always keep it tidy but I've never had to wait long in a checkout line. read more

Merchandise is not marked. You have no idea what the price is and if you find a tag in front of the merchandise, they won't honor it. They need to work on getting price tags in front of all their merchandise. read more

I was looking for a 1/2 to 1/4 inch (compression) reducer for a plumbing project. Home Depot and Amazon would have been a week to order. I searched Google and it said Ace Hardware in Commerce City had one. I thought no way.. I raced down there about 10 minutes before closing time. A young man named Anthony helped me out right before closing. Not only did you guys have the part, Anthony was extremely knowledgeable of what I needed and was able to find the part quickly. A big girl that worked today feb 7/2022 morning shift was incredibly rude to my husband. Gave a really nasty attitude when he went in and returned an item. He continued to be very nice to her, and asked where he souls leave the item and she told him to go put it back. My husband did just that out of curiosity but that is her job and this store would be much of a pleasant experience w out incredibly rude disrespectful lazy employees. read more

Great store, with the best employees ever. Was in today for replacement face shields and I screwed up by being a bit short with funding. The manager was brought in to help with the situation and I successfully walked out with my replacements. They could have told me to take a hike but instead helped me out with the money that I was short. From now on this is my go to Ace Hardware store during the work week. I have always loved Ace but this store in particular is wonderful. It would seem that they also have big hearts. It was f**king cold in Den. today, single digit cold. And I noticed they allowed a special needs man, possibly homeless to warm up a bit with a bag of popcorn inside the store. Good people at Ace. read more

This place: BEST KEPT SECRET EVER. My guy friend insisted we go here for hardware for my house projects months ago. His excitement for our excursion was how I feel about heading to Target! Since then I've been here half a dozen times, here's what you should know: - Expertise: EXCEPTIONAL. This team could help you build a house. - Customer Service: Exceptional again! I'm hardly an informed shopper, so I need as much help as a child--they're always gracious and help me solve my problem. - Selection: Ginormous. It's an in-assuming storefront, and you'll walk in shocked at how huge it is. I get that Home Depot and Lowe's are big and shiny, but in city limits I find most staff to be as novice and uninformed as I am. An extra 5-10 minutes to get here is beyond worth it. Do it! I love the selection they have here but the employees are rude, don't greet you and honestly have a bad attitude. I don't like coming here because of them. Update! Expired Pepsi is real fun to open when you've already left the store and discover its FLAT! Ace is over priced and at $1.89 for my soda I expect it to be fresh. If you are going to stand in line and buy something from this place make sure you have your coupon that came in the mail. They don't have enough customer courtesy you have an extra one there to just give you the coupon price. read more

Rude, insolent employee did not know how to copy keys, yet insisted she could. Don't waste your,time and money going to this Ace. Not the "friendly" place. People who,have no business making keys are allowed to work there. One rude, incompetent employee is one too many. I traveled miles back home with three useless keys. read more

I was installing a new faucet and encountered connection issues. They new how to help and had the parts. I really like this hardware store.
