The very sweet woman who was in the store seemed excited to meet me after mentioning she had helped my husband pick out the bracelet. They said it would take about a week to fix and would call me when it was ready. I did a little browsing of my own while in there and they have such beautiful jewelry that I can imagine it was difficult to choose one thing. When my bracelet was ready I went to pick it up twice and both times the store was closed, even though it was during their typical opening hours. It was a little annoying since it's at least a 20 minute drive to my house. I stopped by a third time when in the area and the third time was the charm because it was ready for me. Do I just get it or get what I want? I decided to get and wait for exactly what I want. It was so hard to pass up but don't just settle. We made our way to the Tudor area and I looked at the Black Bay Chrono which was impressive. After trying this on and feeling the watch, I have quickly added to my list of a future watch to purchase. I love the fact the staff is nice and answered all of our questions. They were not trying us to convince us to make a purchase.
