The only person who reached out to me was a man on vacation via text. From there they had tech support call me instead of a technician coming out. It's cheaper at this point to stay in my contract, but I'll do everything I can to make sure people don't sign up for this like I did. Save your money and get a cheap and more reliable Amazon Ring device! I put one up in the front of my house and it's already more useful than anything Safe Haven has given me.
