So the suggestion was that we pay money to upgrade the app (because their 5 year contract does not cover 5 years of operability) OR...we can sign another contract NOW and get the upgrade for free. This will lock us in another 5 years with the company that couldn't provide satisfactory service on the existing contract. This is not the company you want as your home security partner. Interesting the first review dated 12/16/2019 here on Yelp from of "Samuel N." who worked (works?) there as a Sales Engineer should know, it's not the same company Samuel. They lost integrity along the way. Some business success is at the expense of their customers. Oh... and the average monitoring service prices in the area is around $30.00. Not over $50.00.
