A quick search on the interwebs indicated the store had moved to a new location on the other side of Manassas. So off I went! The new location feels quite a bit large on the inside. They also have a snack bar with they sell food and drinks at certain times - and they have a large gaming room with plenty of tables and chairs! Looks like a good place for some D&D sessions! As i am driving home i open the game and the disk is the wrong game. I drive back expecting the disk maybe in another case, its not. They would not give me a refund but instead a store credit. I asked them if they could check and they tell me no and that there is no chance the game is in the back or in the other game cases(terrible customer service)They seal their games and as a customer i have no clue the condition of the game or if the game is the right game. Front and back with free to play arcade games means you can make a bit of time of it, hit the nearby brunch then wander down either memory or fandom lanes. A good showing here and well curated that shows they get it, without seeming like they're "too" interested in the odd hyper price hike cash grab in the space in some of the fandom frenzy areas. Pleasant surprise for a very simple expectation on the outside.

There's everything from comic books and figures to games from Marvel, DC, Star Wars, Warhammer, and anything else you can think of. Some comic books are cheaper than on Amazon. I bought some on Amazon as gifts, only to realize after that, this place has them cheaper! I was just browsing and didn't have any questions or requests from the staff, but based on interactions with others, they know their stuff. This is not a surface-level, small store where they display a tiny collection. They have almost everything. I think that's the most important thing you need to know about this place. I did notice the retro consoles and games like the SNES are priced quite steeply here. They are rare to come by in Northern Virginia, so I'd expect that.

I spent about an hour looking through the higher priced comics along the front wall and finally settled on the perfect one. The store is the larger of the two they have in the shopping center. They took it over from Tuesday Morning when it went out of business. I think they indicated it was 18,000 sq feet. Probably the largest comic book store I've ever visited. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. We had a question about one of the rare sealed Pokémon boxes from the base set and the person was extremely helpful in providing information and showing us the box. If you like comics or are just starting they are very friendly and willing to help. The really neat thing is that they offer a subscription service that you can manage online and just come in and pick up your comics. One of the best ways of you are looking to explore new comics or are not sure is to just ask and explain what you like, everyone is really able to provide recommendations and point you in some direction. We paid a lot less for the Warhammer kit than any place that we found including Amazon. They were helpful and have tables set out to play games and work on things. It is a small shop, but I can see them outgrowing the shop. They have cards, figures, kits, comics, and other stuff.
