My many experiences at this place have ranged from irritating to awful. From them closing an hour early so I couldn't grab my clothes, to being ignored completely by the dozens of people who work there when I just wanted a some change, to being told I couldn't wash my blankets there as they may leave some residue of dog hair that they would have to clean up. Are you kidding me? Your a laundromat! Your business is to let people wash their clothes in your facilities! On most occasions there aren't any washers or dryers free for the public as they are all always being used to wash endless bags of little white towel for restaurants and business. The only machines that are sometimes free are the rickety old ones shoved in the corner literally on their last legs. The other half the machines are broken. Cascade, you clearly don't care about your general public customers, your appalling customer service says so. Maybe you should think about shutting your doors to the public before they all walk away. I for one have had my last terrible experience there and would rather drive halfway across Squamish than set foot inside your doors again.

I took a chance and came! So glad they were opened on Christmas Eve. They will open until 4pm. Wash takes 25 mins and 38 mins to dry. Total about $12.60 CAD. Make sure to put a timer so you know when to pull out or claim your laundry. Though it was coin laundry, you can ApplePay and they will give you the necessary coins, $1 CAD for detergent, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a tiny space, but he gets everyone served in good time. The machines are clean and Nick is nice and will supply soap, dryer sheets, etc. if you need them. He also does drop-off service if you like. I have used Rainbow Bright for years, on and off, when I didn't have a washer/ dryer at home or was too busy to do my laundry and took advantage of the drop-off service. You bought it out to us but we could have took the clean cloths from the dryer and put it into our own clean bags. We didn't have a lot of cloths to wash but we were also not sure if your hands were clean. We specifically said to let us know when the cloths are done and we will take it out of the dryer ourself. On top, you were very rude and you did yell at us when you were the one who told us to come back at the specific time that you said our laundry were going to be done. We rushed back on time because we didn't want you to touch the clean cloths out of the dryer. We wanted to take it out ourself. Also you were the one who told us that if we show up late, you are not going to wait and will lock up right on the dot at closing time. We ended up bringing the cloths back home and washing them again. You may think your hands are the cleanest but we don't like other people touching our clean cloths and you didn't listen to our instructions which we repeated to you when you told us to stand outside. The Gibson's facility charges almost double, many times I've left with my dirty clothes due to a possible long wait., they get over burdened with drop-off and commercial work.
