I found my self in need of a recliner for an invalid at the last minute. I saw Sherry on Sunday and the recliner was delivered and set up on Monday. Sherry could not have been more helpful, helping me find the perfect recliner for a tall man and setting up the delivery. We purchased 2 Lazyboy recliners. The quality seems good although time will tell. I was not happy that there seemed to be so many hidden charges. (My opinion). I was told they could make the base 2 inches higher. The chairs were delivered on time and on the day promised. However, Sherry the owner FORGOT about the base that would raise the chair. Therefore, she stated since she didn't charge me I would have to give them an additional $75. After spending almost $1500 on 2 chairs? No thank you. I am not happy. This was your mistake not mine. Customer service goes a long way especially when said customer is planning on 2 additional large purchases. read more

In-store financing was easy in application, and payments were completely reasonable. They are constantly circulating inventory, and have a great selection. When you purchase a piece of furniture they will remove your old furniture for only $10, saving you money on the city's disposal slip. Some suggestions for improvement: Offer cleaning and repair services in the home. I'm not talking full refurbish like Furniture Recovery in Fort Wayne, but small repairs or tears. Create a voicemail for your phone line. I called your store, the phone rang a few times, and then I received a fax sound. When I called your parent store, they insisted I had the right number and explained the sound was because you don't have a voicemail. This fax sound gives people the impression they have the wrong number. New customers may become frustrated and not call back!
