When he finally agreed to refund the money he was going to charge me a delivery fee for a truck to come pick up the defective couch. I refused and drove it in my self. The owner is incompetent and makes a living off of selling cheap (quality and price) furniture. The only good thing about this business is a salesman named Daniel - he straightened everything out. Needless to say, I will never give them any business again because of the terrible customer service I revived from the owner Chen. I hope you all spend the extra money and go anywhere else.

I have seen box springs so old that the fabric has worn out, but the frame was still good. This was just the opposite, fabric is new.. framing is total crap! An adjuster came quickly to check it and said, informally, it was a problem with the construction (cardboard against wood). Worldwide (Manager Tim) contacted the manufacturer and, even with supplied videos of the squeaks, said the warranty would not cover. Worldwide said the onus was on the manufacturer and, as they refused to fix the issue, they could do nothing from their end. Its really unfortunate Worldwide won't stand behind their product quality (or lack thereof) and help those customers who paid good money for badly constructed furniture.

They knew exactly what they were doing when they delivered it. Two delivery men delivered it and one man was constantly talking to me and taking my attention away from what the other guy was doing. When they left , everything looked fine, but then i started to re arrange the cushions only to find that there was stains all over the back of the cushions and one was even ripped. They had purposely arranged the cushions in a way that i didn't notice. i have been in contact with George, the man that i dealt with in Halifax and he told me that if i wasn't happy then i should not have took delivery in the first place. Now he has blocked me. i have looked into this company and i have now found out that they do not sell brand new sofas but only sell sofas that have been returned by customers to Sofology. They are actually all second hand or damaged sofas. i am now £1499 out of pocket and i have to live with a second hand sofa. it's just not fair what gallery home furniture Halifax is doing to people. i don't want anyone else to get scammed by these people.

I was followed all the way to the mattress section of the store and then up and down the isles. I felt like I was being interrogated by the sales people working there. Yes, I'm glad to know that i could have gotten help had I needed it; however, I am quite capable of asking for help if I required it. When I did ask a question about a less expensive set, he immediately tried to turn me against it and tried to sell me a unit that was 3 times more expensive. It just wasn't in our budget and he didn't seem to care about that. I was frustrated beyond imagination! We ended up leaving without making a purchase and we found a great mattress and box spring somewhere else.
