When I called trying to return it because Of a manufacturing defect the owner told me that it was not a defect. For two weeks we went back and forth because he wanted to give me another couch which I did not want because it is cheap furniture - I only wanted my money back. When he finally agreed to refund the money he was going to charge me a delivery fee for a truck to come pick up the defective couch. I refused and drove it in my self. The owner is incompetent and makes a living off of selling cheap (quality and price) furniture. The only good thing about this business is a salesman named Daniel - he straightened everything out. Needless to say, I will never give them any business again because of the terrible customer service I revived from the owner Chen. I hope you all spend the extra money and go anywhere else.

We found a sofa with the help of a non-pushy sales person, that we like more than the one at the other store. The added bonus? The price tag on this one was about $500 less than the first one. The sales person we dealt with was professional and friendly without being pushy. He happily ran around the store for us looking for things, looking up prices etc without batting an eyelash. Sure, he may be out for commission however we never once felt obligated, or like we were being pushed. Delivery was free, which is great given the hoops we had to jump through. They do the typical "we'll be there between 12-6" and "Oh, you work and won't be home? If we call you an hour beforehand couldn't you leave work for an hour or two to meet us there?" Um, no. After several phone calls back and forth delivery was finally arranged. Our sofa was dropped off and set up, all mess cleaned up. When they left you'd never have known they were there. We've had the sofa home for a couple weeks now and are still just as happy with our purchase. In the future I would absolutely consider purchasing from Leon's again.

You would figure if you're purchasing the whole set it would all be assembled. Also the crew that delivered the set brought no tools to assemble it. I probably would have purchased the assembly package IF I HAD BEEN TOLD ABOUT IT. Customer Care wouldn't do anything for me except keep repeating "If you would have purchased the assembly package.", no matter how many time I kept telling her I wasn't informed about any assembly package. So BEWARE and ask if you need to purchase the assembly package, because the chairs are difficult to put together.

I have suggested to the manager that employees don't wear cologne, scented hand cream, etc. so that it's easier to tell if the furniture has fragrance in it. For me, fragrance chemicals are a deal breaker.

Either full of knots or cut incorrectly, either way, my bed will not even sit on the frame. I have seen box springs so old that the fabric has worn out, but the frame was still good. This was just the opposite, fabric is new.. framing is total crap! Not only this, but they promised 2 pillows with purchase of ANY bed set, which they did NOT put on the delivery truck. The driver promised to bring them on his next delivery but they never came. Alot on sale and alot on clearance which was throughout the store randomly, it was great. I actually found those Yankee Car Sent things which are very hard to find and I got them three for $5.99. I really do like this store and can see myself going back for shower gifts or even presents for the girls as they have some really pretty things there. Picture frames are beautiful. Now, part of this is because I inherited a love for all things kitchen. Perhaps the greatest similarity between me and my mother is the fact that we both have an appliance or tool for pretty much any food thing you can think of. Need to crack and separate an egg at the same time, while keeping your hands clean? I've got you covered. Want to process a small amount of frozen banana slices to make ice cream? Use my mini food processor. (Use my regular food processor for larger batches.) Baking some cookies? Don't worry, I have enough Silpats for you to bake continuously for about five months. It should be obvious that a store like this is a clear danger to my bank account. Unfortunately, I have a car and no self-control. I should get to the actual review part of this: Come here if you're looking to get something for your home and don't mind paying a bit extra for it to not be Zellers quality. A dish rack at BBB, for example, can run between $18 and $80. (Which one do you think I own?) Come here if you're looking for some of the most random crap for your house that you had no idea was an absolute necessity. Like the cutting board that folds up a bit to make transferring chopped up veggies easier! I always find shopping in furniture stores a little stressful because of this. Ashley was no exception. I wasn't in the store a full minute before someone approached me, gave me their card and asked me to let them know if I needed anything. Well, when I decided I needed some help, as I was interested in a few pieces, the guy who gave me the card had moved on to another couple and I was forced to ask someone else. But then, the original guy saw me talking to her and came back over. I immediately felt as if I had cheated on my boyfriend or something, when all I wanted was a little help. I did end up making a purchase, and the two sales people split the sale, much to their dismay I'm sure. All this being said, I was happy with the service from both of them and was happy with my purchase. It did take longer than I would have liked to arrive, but I have found this to be the case in more than one occasion at other stores, so I wasn't surprised. But it did take about an additional 3 weeks longer than they told me. The delivery process was smooth and they did a great job, very quickly and were on time.

We have bought from WWF in the past. When we moved in to our current home, we purchased a new…read moreleather couch/loveseat, bedroom furniture for the master, and some other assorted pieces. That was 25 years ago, and we finally replaced that couch/loveseat combo with a power reclining couch and chair. This was delivered 2 weeks ago, and we noticed at delivery that there was a small hole in the leather on one of the arm-rests, and the cushioning in the other armrest was either severely crushed or just not properly filled. This was not a Canadian made product, so we waited over 2months for delivery from Asia. Support offered to send out a leather repair co. to fix the hole, but after a week and no improvement with the armrest, they offered to replace the couch under the existing warranty (no extended warranty purchased). This was just delivered, and there are no issues with the new couch. Just bad luck with the original I guess. The service was excellent. I fully expected to be given the run-around - not based on past experiences or anything, that's just how things seem to go these days. But the service dept. was excellent, and the people delivering each time were friendly, helpful and prompt. Who knows what the long-term longevity will be with the new furniture, but I would definitely recommend WWF if you're in the market for new furniture.

I told her I could cone either that Saturday coming up or the next weekend. That was not good enough for her. I offered to pay the remaining balance. She claimed that was not the issue and the problem was that it took up too much space in her back room. She accepted when I could come very begrudgingly. I could clearly hear it in her tonality. I instead sent my partner to pick it up that some day. I called her back to tell her I would never, ever shop with Structube again. I had since sent a formal letter to their Head Office and have never received a reply. After having worked in retail for over 30 years I found this lack of good customer service very disappointing. Needless to say I will NEVER give this company my money ever again.
