Dr Monty or Dr Montgomery is by far my favorite and the only dentist I like to see! He and Shereen (spelling) were absolutely amazing today. The team and staff provide a supportive and understanding level of care with zero judgement, only support and solutions. I appreciate them greatly for taking care of me today.. because what started as a tooth check, quickly turned into some pretty major procedures. My pain level went through the roof and they were so kind and patient and understanding to the flow of emotions I was feeling. I'll always schedule back with Dr Montgomery because he really does advocate and support his patients and takes great pride in the work he does. While I absolutely hate the dentist.. I was in a good amount of pain when i called with a toothache and lower jaw pain, they associate who answer the phone was able to get me in thar afternoon! I arrived they did xrays and confirmed my discomfort to be coming from my lower wisdom tooth! Doc said he could pull it today! overall extremely happy with the care I received, they had me in and out in a reasonable time, without pain and discomfort! Ok... I have gone to Artistic family dentistry... Only to find out three of my last three root canals have to be redone! X-ray's don't lie. They told me I should go back and demand them to fix it...but if someone screwed up 3 root canals....not one... not 2 .... Screwed up 3 root canals and because of how they did it, how they screwed it up...they are unsure if they can fix them without mouth surgery! So allowing them back in my mouth....not no but ..no. Thanks for taking my money and doing nothing! Buyer beware...not only did I have to pay 5,000 out of pocket...but the work they did is sloppy and it will have to be redone... unbelievable! read more

Even there technicians routinely have higher degrees with foreign dentist working here while pursuing U.S. degrees. BEWARE!! DON'T GO HERE!!!!: I went there to have all of my childhood mercury fillings replaced, for no reason other then to get that poison out of my body.. I regret it 100%. Doug Price hollowed out all of my old fillings to the point where now my teeth that he "fixed" now all need caps. He also offered to fix the small chip in my front tooth..I said sure..BIG MISTAKE. He ground off over half of my front tooth and now I need a Cap. I talk with a lisp.. he ruined my right front tooth and most of my molars.. hopefully sooner then later , what he has done to my mouth will BITE his behind and make sure he NEVER DOES THIS TO ANYONE AGAIN. read more

Finding a consistent dentist is so hard and frustrating. The people in this office are nice but dental care is not their strong suit . After almost a year of pain, it's time to look elsewhere. After 2-3 complaints about my crown being painful , all they did was file it down each time-not a fix. It isn't sealed properly and I'm not a dentist! An old bridge needs to be replaced and the temporary fix was to put a filling in it to stop the pain-not a fix. I feel like my insurance should get a refund since I'll have to go elsewhere to have these same issues revisited. Dental insurance companies need to pay better to small independent facilities over these turn style places that don't provide adequate services and you have to keep going back - the definition of insanity! read more

Do not go to this location. My first visit, besides the ridiculous wait, the entire back office where patients are getting their teeth cleaned were FULL of moths flying around. My second visit was supposed to be a filling and cleaning for the top teeth, they only did the fillings and said they would do the cleaning the last visit. My last visit I waited an hour to be seen, my appointment was at 3:30 and I wasn't called to the back until 4:20. The dentist did the fillings and cleaning for my bottom teeth, never did the top cleaning. All in all my experience with this dentist was terrible. I love this office. I love the staff. Evelyn in particular has been very proactive and helpful but literally every staff member in this office has gone above and beyond what would be expected of them in many ways. From helping get procedures approved through my insurance, to getting me scheduled the same day in emergencies, some of the staff even played with my son to keep him occupied when my sitter canceled on me at the last minute. (He was only six months old and I had been in the chair for close to an hour!) seriously I can't recommend this office highly enough. They know what they are doing and they seem to be happy and friendly so it's a nice environment. If you need a dentist in aurora, this is where you should go. read more

Our experiences with this location have been great. My wife and I have visited a total of three times and am scheduled to visit at least twice more. Dr. Montgomery has been helpful, informative and professional as has the remainder of the staff with exception to ONE EMPLOYEE. The Tech who retrieved my wife from the Lobby for her appointment today opened the door with scoul, called her name with an attitude, did not greet my wife AT ALL but instead ordered her to sit in the chair. When my wife asked does she not greet the clients to try to lighten the mood, NINA ( said Tech) only looked at her with another scoul and didn't even respond. NINA'S Inappropriate attitude continued throughout the appointment. NINA has not been verbally rude but her attitude is CLEARLY one that should be questioned to be appropriate to interact with and or assist with clientele who will at some point be vulnerable to HER assisting the Dr. and working on them. NINA's treatment, demeanor, personality and attitude made my wife EXTREMELY uncomfortable and is COMPLETELY ABSENT on ANY professionalism. It is clear that she is disgruntled with her job and unfortunately that reflects on the overall presentation of THIS LOCATION of COMFORT DENTAL. NINA clearly belongs in an area of the job flow that DOES NOT allow her to interact with customers or maybe not with COMFORT Dental AT ALL. Dr. James Liu is the best dentist that I've ever seen and I've seen several of them. I live in Denver but I gladly drive to Saudi Aurora just to see him. I hate leaving Denver; however, I would be willing to drive anywhere for this dentist, even Thornton! I was recommended Dr. Liu by another dentist in Denver because of his expertise and skill. Not only is Dr. Liu brilliant but he is honest, direct, and kind. For example, I needed a mouth guard and he could have easily charged me hundreds of dollars to make one for me but instead he suggested I pick one up at the drug store. I have seen him for over a year and he has never once suggested unnecessary procedures just to make money like all the other dentists I've seen! Go to him, you will not be disappointed.
