They were over $1000 less than the cheapest big company. I told them that the price was really much lower, what hidden costs will there be? Nope, the price quoted was the all in price, I spoke with Alex and he just explained that they don't believe in price gouging. Great, well the installation crew was professional, shout out to Adrian for an exceptional install. Since the install, I had a couple of things happen, the first was a vibration in the outside unit, which is right outside my bedroom window. They came out the next day, repositioned the vibration pads and it hummed silently. The new unit is a heat pump and runs so quietly, thanks for the recommendation Alex. Finally with the cold weather I needed the heat. There was a problem with the wiring from the factory in the unit. They again came out the next day, but It was a head scratcher, so the owner of the company, Tyler Voss came out to troubleshoot. He isolated the problem, ordered the replacement board had it in 2 days and now my family is now nice and cozy. I normally don't write reviews, but these guys are really hard workers and did I mention beat the price on the big companies that spend for all of the advertising. More service companies in Florida should take the lead from these guys!

First of all, I have been using Fite A/C since moving to Florida 3 years ago. They are super…read morehonest, they don't charge you for things you don't need, no high priced maintenance contracts or pushy service people that act more like used car salesmen. Every service person is great, prices are communicated before work is done. I knew on my last service visit that my capacitor was not working efficiently but they gave me the option to wait till this visit. They even changed the batteries to my thermostat and put a new filter in my unit ( I had them laying beside the furnace) on their own as a courtesy. I would NEVER use anyone else because I trust their work and their ethics. Also they have after hours service which is surprisingly reasonable as my AC can only go out nights and weekends. And if your lines get clogged to your unit they blow those out and check fluids and don't just rush through your tune up like many places do. I have a yearly maintenance for one furnace check , one ac check and the cost is unbelievable. Everything in this town is expensive, but for awesome heating and air at a great price, this place is the real deal.

Walking behind my fiance's place in St. Croix we found a sticker from Patriot Cooling Inc placed on…read moreher A/C condenser unit, which we'd never heard of.  We never hired them, nor did they perform any service on that unit. Looking down the line, every single condenser unit had the same sticker. I called Patriot Cooling and they claimed they might have "a lot of customers" in the area -- but based on what we saw, this was obviously a blanket sticker placement, not legitimate service markings. After a short walk through several buildings in the complex, we found that nearly every unit in the vicinity had been tagged, usually every single condenser in the line. Some were even placed directly over the original installer's label, which is not only completely unfair to those businesses, but quite problematic if you ever need that info for warranty or service records.  (to add insult to injury the stickers are the kind that leave behind residue.) Not the biggest issue plaguing Southwest Florida, but if *every* business did this our equipment would be plastered with random labels.  It also creates confusion about who actually installed or serviced the unit.  I understand small business owners want to drum up business, but hopefully they rethink this approach going forward. Our Air conditioning unit stopped working at midnight a few nights ago…read moreI called Patriot at 1am after trying different things in hopes of getting it going, did not work Told Alex what happened and he gave me a few suggestions over the phone but no luck, he got to our home in less than 45 minutes. I told him what happened and he immediately knew the problem, fixed it in 20 or so minutes and while he was at my house did a general inspection of the 2 year old unit. Alex is a great guy, very knowledgeable and not out to scr ew you. Patriot is my new HVAC company and signed up for there bi annual inspection/service Highly recommend this company Thanks again Alex
