5 Stars! I've been…read morewatching this place under construction for weeks, and to my surprise, it finally opened! I stopped by while running to the Dollar Store for laundry soap and decided to check it out--so glad I did. The laundromat is spotless and filled with brand-new, state-of-the-art washers and dryers. Everything is touchscreen, super easy to use, and they offer multiple sizes for any load. After trying several other laundry spots in the area, I can honestly say this one has the best prices by far. They've thought of everything--there's a snack shop, an ATM, a bill exchanger, and a coin machine that gives you regular quarters (no weird tokens, apps, or subscriptions needed). There's plenty of seating and folding space, and the staff are kind, approachable, and very welcoming. Spanish is the primary language, so if you don't speak it, a translator app might help, but they're more than willing to assist anyone. For a bonus, there are two brand-new massage chairs, plus what looks like a classic Pac-Man or retro arcade setup for the kids. They also have vending and soda machines to keep you refreshed while you wait.

I had…read morethree washer machines that I was using, two out of three of those washer machines worked properly. One of the machines that I was using didn't produce any detergent although I used a great amount of detergent. I told the attendant "Gloria" what was going on and she totally disregarded what I was trying to explain to her. She was very rude and dismissive towards me. She pretty much brushed off the issue that I told her that I was having with the washer machine not cleaning my clothes. I even explained to her how the other washer machine produced soap but this machine in particular didn't. But instead of "Gloria" trying to rectify the situation she simply gave me a big F U! I asked her for her managers name and number but she told me she didn't have it, so I then asked when will her manager be available she claim he or she will be in on Sunday but she couldn't provide a time. After having this experience with "Gloria's" unprofessionalism I won't be returning back to this laundry facility ever again for "Gloria's" terrible customer service skills. To be honest she shouldn't be dealing with the public with that kind of disposition. I was highly offended by her service, or lack thereof.
