I made an appt with her right away after speaking with her about my needs. There was some issue with the WF system when we arrived at our scheduled appt and she was working with another client still. Lately they have had someone in the lobby to ask you what you have come in for and point you in the right direction. At times if you are there for a simple deposit or whatever they will expedite your visit. They have two out door ATMS & two indoor ATMs. The indoor ATMs will give you money in different increments that you can choose, rather than just 20 dollar bills without waiting in line for same. All of the tellers have been friendly and efficient. They have also had a security person on the property at all times who have been friendly and at times open the door for you. It's a good bank & location. I'm not sure what the of '1 star' reviews are all about. Maybe Yelp should have a place where the '1-star reviewers' can share the name location of a better place instead of just dumping on a business and screwing up a rating. Maybe somehow confirm the reviewer actually has done business with an entity.
