Stop! How was this SO MUCH FUN!!??My daughter (24) and I were on our annual HHI trip and were looking for something different to do one night. Based on the Yelp reviews we decided to give the Comedy Magic Cabaret a try. I have to say that from the outside it definitely doesn't look like much, but once you are through the doors you are in the the most magical little venue! The ambience and decor were on point! Seating is very intimate, but we did not feel crowded at all! It was the perfect setting for this type of show. There is a small menu but the food was delicious. We had the Spinach Artichoke dip with chips and it was a perfectly sized appetizer. I also had one of the best lemon-drop martinis I've ever tasted! I was very impressed by the food and drink offerings. The waitresses were very friendly and service was efficient. The show itself was a riot. We genuinely laughed through the whole thing. There is wonderful crowd interaction, and Kerry who performed that evening kept everything so fast paced and lively. He really knows how to work a crowd. We were hooked 2 minutes into the show and stayed dialed in for the whole thing! It's a lot of clever banter and good rapport with a lot of wow! tricks along the way. Truly - so entertaining! The end of the show had us all literally gasping! The crowd skews older but there were many families there with older teens and young adults so it was a great vibe! Highly recommend! Went to the Saturday night show, we had party of 4. We had made reservations and doors would be open at 7:15. We got a text, about hr before (about 6ish) informing us that there would be no food on this night. This was a good thing, as we were going to get some food/snacks/drinks when we arrived early for 8 pm show. Magician/Comedian was great, put on a great magic show. They had some complimentary snacks, and cupcake was great. Getting the word, that there was not going to be any food, gave us a chance to get something before arriving at the show. This is a MUST DO!!!! Echoing the comments of many others. A very fun evening and well worth the time while visiting Hilton Head. Locally owned venue by a husband and wife team who provide a welcoming environment and two hours of laughter and awe inspiring magic. Kelly, greets you at the door as if she is a friend welcoming you into her home. Kerry Pollock, her husband, takes the stage and takes over. Very clean humor which we appreciate. He is natural in his delivery and very funny. The crowd skews older but our two adult sons in their early 30's thought the show was great. A ringing endorsement :) We also saw a guest performer by the name of Dana Daniels who was also excellent and kept us throughly entertained. Again, very clean humor. As others have said if you don't want to be part of the show, sit in the back. The banquet seating was very comfy. The brave souls who sit in the front were good sports, and they all added to the humor. There is a lot of audience participation. The place is small and intimate. I don't believe there is a bad seat in the house. Kerry sticks around at the end (as did the guest performer) and talks with guests. He is very generous with his time. AMAZING and fun for all ages. The crowd was older, but it didn't stop us millennials from enjoying ourselves. The acts change over time and each show is unique. This was a fun thing to do when I'm Hilton head. Lots of laughs, good food, and cocktails.

I very much enjoyed the magic and comedy show performed by Kerry. It was funny and engaging. There was a lot of interaction with the audience. I would give the show five stars by itself. I know this is not a restaurant, but they do provide a small menu of drinks and food. It is quite overpriced, we chose to get an appetizer anyway. It was fine. Spinach and artichoke dip likely microwaved but enjoyable enough. Where I really take issue is they will not serve glasses of water. We were told they would only serve bottled water, which was $3 for the 16oz bottle. I asked if I could bring in the water that I had in the car with me and was told no. I'm not sure I have ever been refused a glass of water somewhere that serves food and alcohol. It left me feeling irritated and honestly this would make me hesitate to return as I enjoy sipping water frequently even when I'm not eating. read more

Very fun evening! Four of us attended a show this evening. Felt very welcomed by Kelly ahead of show and after we arrived. The atmosphere is intimate. Loved our seat assignments. Great stage, computer graphics and sound. We were fortunate to get to see three performers! I get a little distracted at magic shows in general, but thought Kerry was genuinely funny and kept a decent pace. A really good combination of natural talent that kept us guessing. The comic, Monty Mitchell, was hilarious. Will watch for him again. We enjoyed our beverages and sandwiches, too. Servers were helpful. Being thanked on way out by Kelly and Kerry was a nice touch. Put this on your "MUST DO" list for your visit to Hilton Head! Kerry was so funny and really plays off the audience. He also does some great magic. You can purchase tickets online. Kerry's wife, Kelly, is super organized and you get a confirmation shortly after your purchase. She followed up with a text the day of the show with directions and some info (even reminds you to bring a sweater!). Kelly greats you at the door with a big smile and shows you to your seat. I would never give a one star review to anyone if it didn't deserve it. I'm sorry but 5 magic tricks and the same dad jokes over and over for 2 hours and 45 minutes is hardly something for my family and I. I know we all have different senses of humor but this was just flat out boring and WAAAAY to long and I've paid way less to see marquee comedians and magicians. Owned and run by a very nice welcoming couple. Nice small and intimate theater so there's not a bad seat in the house. We've been to Warren and Annabelle's Comedy/Magic in Maui many times and this place is very similar in ambiance, style, even some of the same material. Having said that, the other similarity is that Kerry is great at making you laugh till you cry! He's good at getting audience participation and laughs in a good clean manner. He said one segment was taking longer than usual with his participants - but we were all rolling with laughter. He never wavered and performed over 2 hours. He has plenty of original comedy, magic and adlibs to keep us talking after we left. By far worth the money for a fabulous evening of entertainment! Even the "pre-show" clips on tv were excellent. Best kept secret on the island for fun entertainment! The owners (Kerry and Kelly) are the best. Sometimes they have special guests who are also entertaining. But Kerry's show never gets old - he's so good. The magic leaves you mind boggled, and the comedy has you laughing out loud throughout. Only wish is that the servers were more accommodating with drinks -- last time we only had one drink, and they never came back to check if we needed more. Great energy that involves the audience -- if you don't like the chances of being called on and perhaps made fun of, sit in the back. My daughter and I attended Kerry's rip-roaring two and a half hour comedy and magic show! From the moment we walked through the doors and were greeted by Kelly, until the last set, my daughter and I were mesmerized and throughly entertained! This was a fun activity. We saw Kerry Pollock and he is hilarious and a great magician. The show is described as "funny not filthy." While some of the jokes may be PG, we had no concerns attending with our teenage boys. I do not know enough about the show to know whether it is something that you should do multiple times, but did see that guest comedians come a couple of times a month, so there is an opportunity to go back for different shows. I have been to the comedy club several times and always had a great time. I just went and saw Joe DeVito perform. Kerry started and was even better than normal. This show is great, the comedian and hostess seem genuinely nice and the comedy was clean. There was no pressure to buy drinks or food, although everything looked great and service seemed pretty fast. Every seat in the venue seemed good but my biggest complaint is that the show was sold out and the place was packed to the point I was worried that it violated fire codes. I was sitting in a seat to the side where throughout the performance multiple people (servers, guests going to the bathroom) would have to slip by me so that I had butts and crotches in my face if I didn't lean into my neighbor. Plus, that night the vast majority of the demographic seemed to be 70 and above. Overall it was a good time and a good value read more

This was by far both the best activity out family enjoyed in Hilton Head, and the biggest surprise of our vacation. We upgraded to VIP for the show and the small extra fee was SO worth it! The theater was perfection and there is not a bad seat in the house!
