We were quite impressed to find this wonderful venue tucked away in an area which looked to be mostly local businesses. The parking lot isn't very large, but enough to handle the number of patrons. From the inside, it would be similar to a college or high school theater maybe holding 250 people. The acoustics were excellent and for the play we attended, the music was live. Although I didn't partake, I believe they also had alcohol for sale at very reasonable prices. The theater is quite intimate and could be compared to your typical New York Off Broadway theaters. I'm not sure what other events or plays are held at this venue, but I'm glad it exists in our community.

Since 1977, he's performed free concerts for children under the "Liberty" oak tree at Harbour Town in the Sea Pines Resort. If you're not a homeowner/guest of the resort, it does cost a small fee to enter, but the concert itself has always been free (to my knowledge). Gregg still has a full concert schedule in 2024 -- 47 years later! Our family has vacationed in Hilton Head since the 80s. In the late 80s, my older sister and I - just little kids at the time - attended at least one Gregg Russell concert. Maybe more. I just can't remember because it's been so long. I seem to remember my sister getting up on stage at one point. As I recall, Gregg's shows were very popular. We ran into him again after his Christmas show on December 23, 2017. It was a delight to see him and say hello. He came across as a very nice, charming guy. He's doing a Christmas show again this year (2024) on December 23rd at 7:30pm.
