We waited a long time before someone even asked us if we wanted drinks, water. Food was decent.

I haven't been here since I moved here nine years ago as go. Came here for a conference meeting in the back room. Quiet and comfortable for what we were doing. Our waitress (I wished I remembered her name) was great, she was up-spirited, prompt and tended to all our dining needs for a group of about twenty. We were served a Greek salad, heaping baskets of great bread sticks and several different kinds of pizza. The pizzas were delicious. Great crust and tasty slice choices. They are now on my radar for visits or carry out orders. read more

Food is excellent. Service is extremely kind and welcoming. I order the steak but their Mac and cheese and sandwiches are also favorites.

New Owners! Food and service was great. I have been twice since they took over and my only complaint is that I live 45 minutes away. If you haven't been in a while go check them out. This is the best restaurant in southeast Michigan. My wife and I absolutely love everything on the menu. The staff and service are amazing. The atmosphere is fun. Great bar. Great little arcade room in the back. My parents live 40 minutes away in Northville, and they prefer to eat here then at any of the 1000 restaurants close to their home. Felt like some southwestern food so started with the chips and salsa. The chips were seasoned adding a little extra flavor and the fire roasted salsa was spicy but not too much. Service was quick and friendly and the beer was cold. The Taco Salad with chicken was very good and really satisfied my run for the border appetite. Can't wait to "come back" and try a pizza. We visited for the first time today. We sat outside. The waitress took our drink order, brought it and then asked if we wanted menus. After ordering, we didn't see any staff until our food arrived. She asked if we needed anything else and we requested napkins (we never saw silverware). Twenty minutes later she came to check and asked if we needed anything. We asked again for napkins and finally received some. I ordered the Highlander. The meat was so tough I couldn't chew it. But the food was hot. My daughter's kids meal was decent but not great and my mom's pizza was burned on one side. No one ever brought a bill. We finally had to go in to ask if we could pay. Not an experience I plan to repeat as we won't be back. read more

The walleye is amazing. Golden fried and perfectly salted and seasoned batter to go along with the fluffy fresh walleye within. Fries have a nice coating. I've tried many dishes here. Walleye is my new favorite! Oh and the homemade tartar sauce is perfect if you like pickles. Service is always fast here too :) read more

Wow..... congratulations on having the worst service ever. I was with a large group in the back room and our server was nasty. She acted as if we interrupted her night. It took her 20 mins to back a beer order and another 25 mins to deliver it. Then chicken sandwich's were served STILL PINK inside. It took her another 20 mins to able to flag her down to take it back to kitchen..... yep then 25 mins later a new burnt well done chicken. Finally it took her 20+ minutes to came back with the check after we asked two time. And if you're wondering if the place was busy.... no. That's the crazy thing there was on average of 3 people at the bar and maybe half the tables were full. I live in Milford and love to support local businesses but this place makes it hard to do!! read more

The staff here made the place a blast. Live music, lots of activity, and great bar food. The Pizza's are really good, and we've had the fried shrimp, fried mushrooms, burgers, and turkey reuben's. Everything was first class! The owner came out and did shots with us (The shots were excellent), the drinks flowed (at very reasonable prices), we sang with the live entertainment, and just had a GREAT time! When Comeback first opened it was a great place for anyone to get food, a beer and hang out with friends. Now, the only thing they have to be proud of is some of the food. I don't recommend going here and here's why: I meet up with my friends every so often to catch up about life. We decided to meet and comeback, which was a mistake. The waitress didn't know the beer list at all, almost every micro brew I tried to order wasn't in stock, and she didn't tell me this until 10 minutes later when she would come back and say, "we don't have that one either." I asked to speak to the manager and she told me he was in a bad mood and didn't send him to the table at all. I did like my food (personal pizza) but asked for silverware twice and ended up getting it myself because the waitress never came back with it. Then about five minutes later I saw her standing near the hostess talking and not even noticing that I miraculously had silverware with me... I was sitting close enough to the stand where she could see. Needless to say this place has gone down hill for service. My advice is call and order carryout. Check the order, pay and be on your way. Going inside will be an absolute disappointment. read more

I have been a fan of the establishment for over ten years. We are probably taking a break until after the restrictions are lifted. Ordered carry out twice in last two weeks. Both times chicken nachos were underwhelming because of light on cheese and other condiments. The last time comeback classic pizza was undercooked and very doughy. Before the pandemic we were a weekly loyal customer, we sat out the pandemic and cooked and ate at home. Today was our first time going out in our hometown. We were sadly disappointed. We ordered a big Kahana (pizza), and tiger wings for an appetizer. The blue cheese for the wings was sour, and the pizza was raw. We overtippedd the server, it is not her fault. They need to step up to get us back as a 'regular' customer again. This is not the new normal. read more

Came here this past summer for the classic car show. We got there late and had to park in the back. We then headed inside to get some food. Very loud inside so we opted for the outdoor patio. We ordered and waited. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the wet burrito. It was yummy. The drawback to the outdoor seating is the smoking area next to eat the blows your way. We will be back because of the burrito. read more

Steak was tough.baked potato was not fully baked. Service was just ok at best. Brought a kids water for an adult. I had to leave our table to ask hostess to get waitress to get items needed. No price on menu for soft drinks. Not impressed with this place. I won't be going back. read more

The Comeback staff are fantastic. I seem to only end up here late at night after a long day of work and they are always extremely accommodating. I can't say I think the food is anything extraordinary, and there's nothing that's awful. I do, however, appreciate how hospitable they are - even late at night. read more

My only pet peeve about a restaurant is when they tell you they're out of something. I had a craving for the Cajun Chicken pasta they have, but I went there tonight and they were "out of" the sauce. You have a kitchen there, make more then. Anything else is pure laziness and lack of planning. Seated promptly, but no one ever came to the table to take our order. I've been going there for a long time and never had this poor of service before. We walked in a 445 pm on Fri day and left at 510. Only stayed that long because of how many times I've been there before. Nothing but great food and service. The Cheers of North Oakland County. Order the pizza. I recommend thin crust cooked extra crisp. Great tap collection of IPA's which are rotated monthly. Best part is the patrons. Everyone is so nice. read more
