The other services are great too, I was able to get some botox while my hair color was sitting, worked out perfect, and did I mention the Armenian coffee... The Groupon listed a facial for $60. I booked online and mentioned the Groupon in the notes. When I arrived I also mentioned to her about the $60 Groupon. After my service she gave me my total and it was $160!! I was very confused because we already discussed the price before. She then mentioned that she "added extra services and special masks" (which was NOT discussed nor did she ask) I was very confused because I didn't ask for these "extra services" or "special masks". I expressed that the price I was being charged was 4 times what I expected and what we discussed before we started. She then said "well if you don't have the money just give me $120 I'll give you a discount". Yikes... it wasn't that I didn't have the money it's the fact that she "added on extra services and masks" without my knowledge and totally disregarded what was discussed before and in my booking notes. I was upset leaving and I know she knew what she did was wrong because she kept texting me after. She texted mentioning that the cost was more because I booked online which made no sense. Like what? Lol Two different excuses in 5 mins. The facial was good but maybe let clients know of anything "extra" or "SPECIAL" BEFORE the service or upsell during the service. Idk I feel scammed.

After years of searching for an aesthetician in LA, I finally found a keeper! Chris is absolutely…read moreamazing. He offers a wide range of services that cater to different skin types, and it's clear he's both incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about what he does. After just a few months of seeing him for treatments, I've noticed a huge improvement in my skin. What I appreciate most is that he doesn't just perform treatments - he actually takes the time to help you understand your skin and how to reach your goals, while also showing you how to get the most out of the products you already use in your skincare routine. His Hydrafacial treatment is especially fabulous. He somehow manages to bring my dull, dehydrated skin back to life while also making it feel incredibly clean--especially since he's not stingy with extractions, unlike in all of the other facials I've received. I never thought a hydration facial could make such a huge difference in my routine until I met him! Chris also offers the products he uses during his facials in his studio for purchase, but he's never pushy and only makes thoughtful, honest recommendations based on your specific needs. On top of providing high-quality services, he's also very accommodating with appointments and thoughtful with follow-up. He always checks in after a service to see how my skin is doing, and even reaches out if it's been a while since my last visit. Beyond being exceptional at his craft, he's simply a wonderful person. I always leave my appointments feeling happier than when I walked in. If you're looking for a skilled, trustworthy aesthetician in LA, I can't recommend him enough! Thank you, Chris - you have a forever client in me

There's parking in a private parking lot, as well as a nice waiting area to lounge until you're called. There's a kiosk available for sign-in, and the space has actually been newly reorganized so that check-in is at the entrance. Love that! As for the lasering. This is my first time ever doing laser, and it seems different technicians give different time frames. At first, I was told to give it about 4-6 sessions, and then other techs started saying 6-8 as I was nearing my 6th. Maybe they all have different ideas or training, but it felt a bit uneasy at first, and I wondered if they'd keep moving the number as I continued treatment. I saw major results after the very first session. It took a second, and at first I thought it couldn't have worked, until 3 weeks in, I just so happened to realize my girly girl was almost fully bald! Haha, I didn't even realize! Then of course, some started growing back in, but that was an awesome result for a first session. Now that I've done my 6th session, I can say that it's pretty great and thorough, but I do have 2 stubborn spots. The annoying thing is that they have you shave before you come in, so you can't accurately show them the exact stubborn spot. I do wish they'd let me come in as-is and shave THERE after they located the stubborn spots, since I am basically spot treating now. They do have the time for it, as your booked window is 15 minutes, and the treatment part isn't even 5 minutes. Everyone is super nice, and people are clean. FYI, they will not do the inner part if you're on your cycle. This happened for my first session. I waxed before, and every wax technician allowed a tampon. Since lasering is less hands-on, and gloves are used, I assumed I'd be good to go with a tampon. But nope! She only did the top part, which I believe is why the inner area is more stubborn, because technically I got 5 treatments for that part, unlike the other parts. There are patchy spots on the top part too, so I know that's not the sole reason some parts still need treatment, but still. Just be mindful of your cycle when booking! I'll be back for my 7th session in about a week. Hopefully I don't need monthly sessions after this one. We'll see! It's definitely great value when using classpass, so no complaints there from me!

I've been getting Botox for quite a few years, and Tony's results are by far my favorite. He is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and really took the time to assess my facial features and knew exactly where to place the Botox to give me the best, most natural looking result. I also really appreciated how honest and conservative he was with his recommendations. He never tried to do more than I actually needed, which made me trust him even more. For my lips, we started with half a syringe because I wanted to keep them very natural. I loved the results so much that I came back two weeks later for the other half to add a little more fullness. They are now beautifully plump while still looking so natural, which is exactly what I wanted. I'm genuinely so happy I found Skntellect Studio and Tony. Finding an injector you can completely trust with your face is everything, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for Botox, fillers, or other aesthetic treatments. I will absolutely be coming back!

Tony spent time listening to what I wanted to improve instead of trying to sell me treatments I didn't need. His honesty immediately stood out. He told me my skin looked amazing, my texture was excellent, and that filler wasn't necessary. Instead, he recommended Botox in just two areas and a Nefertiti Lift to define my neck and jawline. The results have exceeded every expectation. I constantly receive compliments about how young I look. People keep asking if I've lost weight because they can tell something is different, but they can't quite put their finger on it. That's exactly what I wanted--a refreshed, younger appearance that still looks completely natural. What impressed me most was Tony's integrity. In an industry where it would have been easy to recommend thousands of dollars in filler, he did the exact opposite. He guided me toward the treatment that would give me the best result, not the biggest bill. If you're looking for someone who is skilled
