    WARNING!!! See attached pictures…read more Technology: old Wire job: Horrible wires covered with wire molding? Wtf??? So ugly!!! Service: Friendly but even the installer knew it was old out dated crap! Full notes sent to AT&T: Your technology is ridiculously old gigantic and you have running exposed wires that are covered by square moulding. It's ugly and does not look streamlined or technologically "clean" i would have refused the install had I come home early to see your outdated equipment but unfortunately my partner assumed I had approved it. I am a power yelper and will post photographs of the "huge" system and terrible wiring job I completely disappointed but unfortunately do not have the time to invest in having this removed and a better newer system to be installed. As for Scott the installer he was very nice but agreed when I noticed the huge system in my closet and complained that the cable was hideous! I couldn't even fully shut my closet door wtf?

We added two more smoke alarms for $50/ea. 2 year contract. It disarmed itself overnight after the first day. It wouldn't arm itself again. Camera stopped recording and live view was disabled. We were told it was a software updated on THEIR system. THEIR software update on THEIR system bricked OUR installed system. Wat. We couldn't log onto the website portal and the app has been useless for over 48 hours now. They don't offer credits for down times but since we were new customers they oh so kindly offered a $30 credit. Their update was supposed to take 12-24 hours but we're almost at day three and we still have a non functional alarm installed. I have a feeling this happens a lot. Not happy and we'll be cancelling before the short 14-day trial period ends.

Never mentioned that it was final sale. When my son got the phone it was obviously the wrong phone and he was very upset just like I was. We went to buy a XR 10 why tell him to get the SE instead. Less than 24 hours we went to go exchange it for the correct phone and the manager Cassandra will not exchange it for us. She was very rude to my husband and to myself on the phone. I told her to explain to me why we would not be able to exchange it for the correct phone and her only respond was I can't. I am not happy and will NEVER return back to this store . Since my phone line was suspended, I didn't have a chance to make any calls. I entered the store and waited for my turn. When it was my turn, I explained the situation. I was told that there is a service fee to take the payment, but that I can pay cheaper with the machine outside. When I went out, I saw that the machine was out of service. I went back in and said I wanted to pay the regular rate. The employee was not looking at me, he was cleaning the watch on his wrist. I asked 3 times and got no answer. I was completely ignored when I made myself clear. When I asked if there was a problem and why he won't respond to me. He said "Get out of here" and kicked me out. I said I wanted to see the manager. He said he was the manager. I asked for his name. "Get out of here," he shouted again. My kids were waiting outside and my phone was still suspended from service. I called the police and explained the situation. I went back to the store accompanied by the police and was able to get service in this way. I'm a 45-year-old person who always tries to be nice, and I'm so sorry to be put in this situation. It is unacceptable to have such people working in our community. I've been a 12 year customer of Metropcs and I can't believe what happened.
